Bought wrong part for my car (my mistake) so sent it back and was told payment would be processed within 48 hours of them receiving the item back, however this is not the case. They’ve had it since Monday and it’s now Friday. The lack of customer service skills and reassurance that payment will be processed is shocking. The cheaper parts aren't worth the hassle of sending back if it’s wrong, would avoid if i knew they were this bad at customer care. Not to mention having to fork out an extra £20 for postage because the item was too big to be covered by their recommended royal mail label. Maybe writing a bad review is the only way to get some proper assistance from them

Despite the company advertising "were bound to have the part for you" & "easy returns" this is not the case.

After advising the part sent was incorrect (ive since called the manufacturer whos confirmed this is incorrect but the only option available) they proceed to
argue with you.

This continues even after supplying numerous photos of the original part along with numerous factory std images of the same vehicle.

This still continues without them getting the part of the shelf to check themselves with all of these images and references supplied.

You then have to spend more of your own money (in my case £12.00) to send them back the part they supplied incorrect.

The customer service team are less than helpful and i would even go so far as to say rude. I personally worked in a main dealers parts department for 17 years and can assure you this level of service is a sackable offence at main dealer level.

I required a rear wiper blade. Entered my reg. they recommended a specific wiper blade. I ordered and paid for said recommended blade. Received it. It was the incorrect fitting for my vehicle. Explained this to them. They offered a refund but would not pay for delivery of the returned item.

Perfect in every way, easy to fit, looks great arrived on time from a website that was easy to use and navigate just put your Reg No. in the rest is done for you.

This gets worse. Still offered no method of getting a video to them of their faulty part. Managed to separate some images from the video sfter fittingthe faulty part a second time to make the video. They needed the evidence to show their part was faulty. No longer have the stock so I can wait until the end of the month or if i want a refund they want the part back to make sure it's faulty before issuing a refund. Clearly the video thing was just delaying tactics to withhold my money and not give a working component. I swear this is some sort of con. Avoid.

Brought a part from ultimate styling and wanted it quick so I paid for next day delivery, it didn't come till 930pm 2 days later. That's not the bad part, the package I received was in a plastic bag, and in the bag was my part in a cardboard box which was covered in some sort of tar. I got the tar all over my new t shirt trying to open the plastic bag which was stuck the the tar. I emailed ultimate styling and they told me to jog on nothing to do with them but in a nice way.
