Ordered some mirrors recently for a Peugeot 108, arrived perfectly packaged and secured, arrive on time , great pricing, no issues, will order any more parts if needed from here , definitely recommend

Poor Aftercare Service, had contact start of April to replace a faulty brake light building water, told me to wait until Mid May for stock, contacted again around that time, they'd asked me a date to deliver, I'd stated the soonest possible. From the 13th of may I have sent multiple E-mails chasing this up with no response to any, no tracking info, no responses, left in the dark with a faulty brake light, MOT due end of the month as well. Been 2 months since initial contact I advise to avoid the company. I have documented everything to this point and will make a claim shortly.

Put my car reg into the website. Website stated that part would fit my vehicle. It arrived, doesn't fit, and now they expect me to cover the return postage even though this costs more than the part itself?

Fix the issue on the website and try and be a little more understanding/cooperative when you make a mistake.

Ordered part totally wrong size didn't have replacement wouldn't take part back as had be fitted to car. However no way to know it didn't fit until fitting attempted. Wasted money do not use them. Won't refund yet want information to assist them. Jokers. In response to tour reply it's your lack of checking the parts that's the issue I gave you all the correct information

Totally wasting of time, I ordered wing mirror cover for my car on Saturday and got today in wrong color, now I would have a unique car, all black, one wing mirror cover in grey, that's the styling is done by ultimate styling need a hook line under this item, even I selected black cover, on website it is also shown in black color, I ordered and got grey, and don't know how many more weeks need to go for changing it, I have to travel 79 miles to return this 10 pounds rubbish.

I bought parts for my car, they promised delivery the next day, I never got it, I can't contact them

This is the second time I have used Ultimate Styling for a part for a 2006 Polo. The part was a rear light fitting. It came with a bulb holder and bulbs included, what more could be asked for. The replacement light was fitted in under 10 mins and a perfect fit. They said delivery next day and that it was happened. Same price more or less locally to me but had no bulb holder or bulbs included. Thank you again. Great outcome and a happy wife.

Purchased some windscreen wiper blades, the blades stuck to the screen because of tree sap. Ultime told me this wasnt covered.
