Very impressed with the 1st class service. From order to delivery, parts fitted perfectly.
Highly recommend.

Only issue was with delivery company other than that first class service

On the good side the delivery was very prompt. I wanted s replacement door mirror unit which they were offering at a very good price.
When I received the parcel the mirror unit was falling out of the bottom of a very basic cardboard box. The unit didn’t appear damaged so I went ahead and fitted it. It was clearly of lower standard than a genuine part ( this one was labelled as being from Trupart automotive) but you get what you pay for ( the mirror had less movement than the original for example) but the real disappointment was that it had been wired up incorrectly so that although it worked the left right movement was on the up and down buttons. I emailed Ultimate Styling to tell them and they replied by asking for a photograph of the damage!
In summary don’t expect decent packaging or sensible answers from ultimate styling & beware of what you are buying- it was cheap for a reason.

Fast delivery of 1st class replacement, as good as genuine.

Terrible product.

Ford focus wing mirror does not have a rubber rim underneath the cover which causes hissing wind sound when driving. there are other customers have reported issue too.

I requested a refund but they insist on asking me to return the wing mirror which I paid the be painted by body shop and also mechanic to fit it in.

It will cost me more money to get a mechanic to take it off and also have to pay for the postage, it's a disgrace.

Windscreen wipers arrived promptly unfortunately a part was missing,
I contacted customer services via email and explained box had arrived open and a part had fell out.
Lucas from customer services asked for photos then my vehicle registration and finally a link with no explanation, well Lucas perhaps you're knew to this marlarky but customer service are supposed to help not hinder or belittle the customer.
So I will sort this out myself by binning the windscreen wipers and find a outlet that values customers.

Edit: you have claimed in your reply that this has been resolved, but what resolution really has been done.
You asked for verification of review hoping to take it down if I did not reply, you have offered me nothing to resolve this very poor customer service interaction and are you trying to validate your reviews on Trustpilot.
I now know where your priorities lie and it's certainly not with customer service or experience.

Do not buy from these people!

Their website says next day delivery which is absolute lies they don’t send items next day. When I tried to call the people were ever so rude trying to not take accountability and cancel my item even though I specifically said for them not to do this. The next person I spoke too from the team once I asked to speak to a manager had confirmed that the first guy I spoke too had already pulled my item from evri EVEN THOUGH I ASKED HIM NOT TO DO THIS, so he went and done it anyway without the customers knowledge and had I had not spoken to someone again I would have not known this. They were not trying to offer a partial refund even though it was THEIR mistake the item didn’t arrive and I specifically mentioned time and time again that this is their fault as their website says next day. They were trying to say this isn’t guaranteed. I said where does this say on your website! They’re liars and theifs

Excellent service and the price was less than a scrapyard wanted for a 11 year old part, which wouldn't fit anyway!

Can not recommend these enough ordered a part and was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit I got in contact and within 2 days they had dispatched a replacement which arrived spot on will definitely use again
