DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a part that was Wrongly Advertised on their website as fitting my car. When the part did not fit, I emailed them, I asked to be refunded in full, and they refused even though it is THEIR FAULT.
Not only that they refused, but the customer service is horrendous. Never apologised for their mistake, and even stoped responding after I complained that I didn't get all my money back. AVOID THEM !!!

This company is garbage.

They sell poor quality knock-off products that are mis-sold as OEM and E-marked. They are not, and in my experience weren't even usable. The customer service is bad and they refuse to give a full refund although it is their fault and has wasted my time as well as money.

Avoid at all costs! I deeply regret using Ultimate Styling!

Ordered new headlights for motorhome. One was damaged in transit by courier. Sent email to Ultimate Styling informing them and they shipped a replacement out for next day delivery. Can thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.

Horrendous company! these people are total scammers and i recommend you avoid at all costs! entered my reg and they showed me the headlight that was supposedly the correct fit for my car so of course i purchased it. The headlight they sent was the wrong one, and they had me pay for the return even though it was THEIR fault! They’re now refusing to issue me a refund but offered to send the same headlight back to me again but at my expense!! Are you actually that stupid?! why on earth would i want the wrong fit back?! even more insult that you think id pay shipping costs for it AGAIN. I’ve reported this to paypal and i better get my money back or else i will be taking them to court!

Yes. I have heard nothing else about the refund for 10 days- I have sent 10 emails. 2 phone calls. 2 answer phone messages left. Live chat msg left. They will not answer phone of contact me back in anyway. £260 spent and I just can’t believe this is happening!! Shocked!! Does this really go on. It’s so straight forward. If you haven’t got the stock you do a refund. Not an issue. Extremely worrying and I don’t know what else to do for someone just to contact me and do a £260 refund. Reading reviews on here and FB it seems of all goes well great and if it doesn’t you are SCREWED. Same issues. No email responses. The phone line is set up to put you in a queue of “1” and then say call cannot be taking and hangs up. Live chat isn’t live with no response. Be very VERY warey. Shocking behaviour. I don’t know what to do?

Sent wrong part. Then send courier with replacement but incorrect paperwork, so he couldn't complete the swap. Then say they will refund my cost. A week later still no refund but Lucas insists refund has been issued and that I should take issue with my bank, seemingly oblivious that I payed via paypal. Cowboys
