The shear amount of people saying ultrasabers is a good company, ultrasabets has great customer service, etc. is the reason why I bought a lightsaber from them. After my experience of waiting 6 months (and counting) is what has put me in this place, I have tried to contact them about cancelation of my order, no response, I have tried contacting them about my order in general, no response, I have tried calling, no pick up. In short, DO NOT buy from them, you will not get your money back, nor will you ever see your lightsaber or ever hear about it after you place the order.

15th May placed my daughters order.....no communication, no updates.....chased by email numerous times until in the end I involved my credit card company & surprise surprise we now have had a fedex notification of despatch!!!! More than 3 months on. Fully understand Covid etc but this company is a joke....lets just hope the saber works when we get it !!

We ordered three sabers during their May 4 sale. As you probably guessed, we still haven't received anything.

We've also reached out to their customer service several times and have gotten no response. I sincerely hope we get them soon, because for the three sabers we spent over $600

the customer service was nonexistent. I ordered a saber on may 8th, then on july 7th I got an automated email that it was delivered. it had not been delivered.

I waited a day and emailed their info address and got no response. over the next few weeks, I emailed about 6 times and got no response. I tried calling several times, but never got an answer and their phone inbox was full. to add insult to injury, their answering machine repeats over and over that you should email them to get a prompt response. yeah, I tried.

finally, on august 8th, it is actually delivered. still absolutely no responses. it's a shame because the product is nice, but now I'll never order again. this experience had me so stressed out because it felt like I had been scammed! I spend $200, then nothing shows up, and I have no way to contact them! miserable customer support.

i ordered my light saber on may 26 and its august now!!!!!!!!!! when we tried to call the voice mail was full. and as most other people they said it would arrive in 4-6 weeks,buts its been 4 months! i did hear that some people got it but it was mixed up.if they are a scam i will be sooooooooooooooo mad!!!

I ordered a light saber two months ago. No email responses to my inquiries. And their voicemail is full. It was super expensive as a birthday gift. These guys have taken a lot of money from people and continue to take orders and steal money.

Placed an order on May 9th which never arrived. Filed dispute with PayPal July 22th and got my money back. I've heard they have problems with Covid but I'd say stay away from this company for a while at least. I wanted a lightsaber during the summer which now is almost already passed. Go elsewhere

This company is simply atrocious, and quite appropriately I would recommend that people never buy from them (again). At least until there is proof that they’ve fixed their operations. But at the moment that is not the case. They lure you in and entice you with brilliant hilts and prices and shipping times. And then they take your hundreds of dollars and keep you in the dark. The pitch black dark. Your orders come broken, incorrect, flawed, and even get misplaced. It’s a joke. Please don’t buy from them. Just go with Hasbro or Saberforge or something please.

These guys are scammers. Don't waste your money. They sent the wrong product a month late and it was broken. They would not refund or take it back. We were scammed out of $450.

Same as everyone else's story: Ordered June 11th, understood fully that there would be an additional delay due to COVID-19 and expected shipment in ~4-6 weeks and the arrival shortly after. Waited respectfully for around 6 weeks then decided to check up on my order via email...as one might imagine from a large commercial service, no response. Second email landed a few days later, no response. Call...more emails...no responses. Got ahold of them through my credit card company...what do you know? Near instant response claiming a 20% cancellation fee. Obviously not, friend, you know as well as I do you haven't even manufactured my order yet. Is this how they're making money now? Too lazy to actually manufacture and deliver the product, are we? Expecting to request a full refund through my credit card company if they dont get off their asses and start earning their money. If hundreds of online complaints won't do that, they're beyond screwed. Shame, affordable, durable, combat-able lightsabers would've been great lightsabers for me to start off with. At least they're consistent, they haven't posted on Facebook since April.

Update: I found the owner of Ultrasabers on Instagram–
e.harris.iii, or Emory Harris. Not many followers considering his position, so there's actually a good chance he would read our dm's. If you want to try to make a change on Ultra-sabers, I'd suggest messaging him, as I have, asking if he's aware of the situation his company is in.

Never delivered my product. Never replied to emails. When i emailed to cancel they did reply saying I would only get an 80% refund. When I said I did not consent to a partial refund and insisted on a full refund, they issues a partial refund against my wishes.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. Order placed and paid for in May. August is here and still no delivery. Multiple follow ups just return the same canned response of, we will look into and get back to you, contact us for more info. They never come back with any info. I placed a fraud dispute in the credit card transaction. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO EVER BUYS FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Complete trash. Ordered a Sabre and then waited almost 3 months. I was willing to be patient and wait a while but eventually inquired about my order despite knowing that they wouldn’t respond. (They didn’t) Meanwhile they peppered my inbox with sales and giveaway promotions. Kept reading online about people that placed their order long after mine that were receiving their product and finally I had enough. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and WHAT DO YOU KNOW? They responded to that within a hour! That right there speaks volumes about their company. They don’t value their customers at all they just want your $. Talked to one of their customer service lackeys who informed me that my Sabre was in production and Scheduled to ship within 1-2 business days. (Read from other customers that’s a common tactic they use to keep a order from being cancelled, then weeks go by and you still don’t have your product.) When I said I needed a EXACT DATE when my order would be shipped the CS rep responded with “tomorrow” Dude you can’t even do something as simple as giving me a date yet you expect me to believe that you’re going to ship out my product tomorrow? What was even more insulting was the fact that they said I needed to cancel my dispute for them to ship out my order because “My Amazon Store Card wont let them” You must think I’m a complete moron if you expect me to believe that. Needless to say I canceled my order and I received a complete refund. DO NOT request a refund with them and get hit with a BS restocking fee for a product that was never made! Just dispute the charge with your credit card company and you’ll be fully refunded. Up yours Ultrasabres!

Just simply awful! I ordered a light saber for my daughter on June 26. I waited about three weeks and then started to email them. I got no response so I called them. The recording even had an attitude that they “were busy building savers so you should just email them”. I emailed over 20 times. If they had ever responded to any of the emails or phone calls I made, I would have been happy to wait out the “processing” time. But, as of today I had the credit card company void the purchase. They are simply awful at what they do.

Ordered from Ultrasabers a while back when I was first getting into lightsabers as a hobby. My first saber was shipped within the 3-4 week lead time. Bought two more and that became a month long fiasco of whether I was gonna get the sabers or not. It got to the point where I'd just email them everyday, even threating to mail them animal droppings from one of those websites where you can do so. Eventually I got my stuff but I was treated like trash by their nonexistant customer service and the lead time lie is frustrating. I like their hilts but I would advise against ordering from Ultrasabers until they clean their act up.

I'm really disappointed with Ultrasabers. I've been a fan of Star Wars for a long time and stupidly purchased my first saber from Ultrasabers. Although Ultrasabers created cheap and accessible sabers, and their waiting time wasn't an issue with me, the quality is lacking. The sabers are definitely overpriced, especially the soundboard which they claim to be "the best on the market" (it definitely is not).

My saber feels nice in the hand however the battery fades quickly leading to flickering. And furthermore, the saber lights up all at once, instead of a more natural gradual light up as seen in higher quality sabers.

I will no longer purchase from this company, especially after seeing how the owner treats his employees yet can give himself a massive bonus and boast about it on his Instagram.

We paid for our light saber, my son was really excited to get this as a gift for his birthday. After a month passed with no word at all or update, I started emailing them. Another two weeks passed and no word or update so I requested a refund, which was also ignored. Luckily I had paid with Amazon pay and when I requested a refund through them it went through. My son was so disappointed he didn’t even want a light saber any more. Had they even communicated ONCE that there was a delay and an expected arrival date we would have been perfectly happy to be patient but they couldn’t be bothered.

My teenage daughter saved up her money to buy Sabers for her brother and herself. Order was placed May 19. One saber (her brother's) showed up July 17. Hers never arrived. My efforts to contact them started out polite. It's tough to remain kind when trying to support my disappointed daughter. As with so many others, I've left many messages and sent emails. No response. Nothing but a disappointed daughter. I should have looked at their BBB rating before I ever ordered. My mistake...

The product I received was overall good quality, but I received the wrong coupler for my saber and was completely ignored when trying to contacting them for a return. I’ve emailed them several times with absolutely no response. I’ve called and the voicemail states that email is the best way to contact them for customer service, that’s wrong. You would think they would appreciate someone willing to spend over $200 to support their business and receive what should be a good product but I guess not. They really need to work on their customer service if they intend to continue to function as a company. This could have easily been a 5 star review if they would honor a mistake on their part. Will not recommend them to anyone else.

The absolute worst saber company. They charge double what other saber companies do for sound with outdated tech. The customer service is non existent and they regularly defy FTC regulations to contact the consumer over late orders. They advertise quick shipping times and 3-4 week lead times. Except no one I've talked to who has ordered from here has gotten theirs within 3 months. They ignored my emails and refund requests. Please shop from a more ethical saber company.
