They have been very helpful and insightful in the process of attempting to get my account unbanned.
While the process has not paid off yet I have faith it will be beneficial in the long run

My story starts with being banned from Diablo IV. There was no absolute reason for this to happen. My account was flagged through an algorithm and software agents. I was devastated when I received the news, Banned! I did not understand why and I reached out to Blizzard several times to be only hit with several walls, "Thank you for contacting us, your ban still holds."
