While I am still in the process and taking a break, the work unbanster has done so far has really been amazing. clear cutt answering always and consise. just one time out of the 20 messages i felt that it wasnt read but other than that one all the others were tailor made.

While it does provide the service that it promises to provide, it's just not worth the money. First of all, the tickets I received were nothing exceptional, nothing I could not have written myself and I had already begged RIOT games to unban me like that before using this service, it did not work. I still waited patiently, sent them like 15 tickets provided by unbanster. Eventually unbanster just said that hey it won't work sorry, how about we try again after a few months and I said never mind bye.
