I was perma-banned from overwatch for toxicity and the guys at Unbanster helped me and i got my account back. They were super fast responding and helping me make ticket so that I could get the account back. They were super kind and really really helpfull.

When i found this service, my thoughts were something like "yea this is probably some scam with fake reviews, but those few dollars will not ruin me and maybe it will work so let’s see".

Soon i got my first ticket and the appeal game started. I was quite sceptic because all answers from Blizz were same - "you broke our rules, you are banned, this case is solved, further appeal will not be considered". After 5 tickets i started to accept that my account is lost because it didn't lead anywhere.
However, after 6th ticket, they reopened my case and after few days my account was changed from perma ban to temporary, which ends in 7 days. Obviously, if someone else writes tickets for you, using brain without rage emotions, it works :D
Whole process took 1 and a half month, so don't expect it's instant :) But it works

I bought the VIP package, checking a lot of reviews first, I admit I was a little skeptical because I had not heard that such a thing existed until I did some research.
I had 2 wow accounts banned, but the person who composes your texts knows how to highlight every detail in the tickets created. So the miracle happened, after 10 days my first ban on wow1 was lifted. Now I can't wait for the second ban to be lifted (both had the same reason HACK), I didn't have the patience to unblock the second one, so I posted to tell you my honest opinion about this service.

amazing response time! and they have very nice staff. i havent gotten unbanned yet but its only because the people that placed the ban are so harsh right now. but other than that this is a very good team!

I came across this service because i was looking for a way to get wow account unbanned.
I'm still currently in the process of appealing my ban, even after 2 months, they are still doing their best to help me and they will not give up.
The support team is nice and friendly and their responses are quick.
A word of advice, if you got your account banned, don't appeal. Instead contact unbanster and let them write the first ticket you may have a better chance to unban your account.

good messages i wouldn't have been able to make on my own, very friendly with fast replies and they even threw in a few tickets for free since support was being extra difficult.

Fantastic people that always reply. I got into trouble with my apex account and even after a couple of years of trying they are always so nice and welcoming. As of writing the review, we still did not get to get my account back, but that doesn't stop up from trying. Honestly, recommended.

My case: I received "account closure" email but it doesn't state anything. Out of frustration, I was trying to figure out why I was banned and blizzard doesn't provide any clarity at all. I found unbanster and was just as skeptical as everyone else. But it's worth giving it a try than doing nothing about it.

Review Nov 3 2024: Quick and professional customer service! I'm still currently in the process of appealing my ban. However, I want to share my experiences so far are really well! Most of the times I'm extremely too emotional to properly type a proper appeal for my account. Unbanster helped me a lot and able to type the proper words for me. I hope I will get unban soon like the others! Will update this review when I get results.

Update feb 11 2025: it's been a year and blizzard finally responding to my case! Although Im not unbanned yet but unbanster service is amazing and I didn't expect they could help nudging blizzard services. With all patience, it's worth giving it a try at least once!

Overall experience: it's felt hopeless from the start when blizzard refuse to look into my case and said that they don't unban accounts. The ticket has been going on for 1 year and requires a lot of patience! Knowing myself, I'm very emotional and unable to type a proper kind appeal to them. Unbanster also does provide advice of taking breaks from tickets!

Highly recommend! If you're skeptical, I bought fiverr package :)

So far I have unfortunately not gotten my account back, but the support is lovely and they are still trying their best. I love that they do not give up and give you solutions even when the situation seems hopeless. I am positive that with time we will get my account back. The responses are quick and they even guided me through creating a ticket on the game page.
