Incredibly talented writers! I recently purchased the 5-ticket package with the aim of getting my league account unbanned. Riot has recently implemented a new system where they won't even respond to your ticket or email if they believe the ban was justified. This made the whole process quite challenging, but with a few adjustments, like submitting the ticket under a different category instead of 'Discuss a personal suspension or ban,' we managed to get a response, though a negative one. I believe the reason for this was mainly my toxic in-game chat logs and Riot's strict policy, rather than any fault in the emails Unbanster wrote for me, which were both formal and professionally crafted. If your chat logs aren't heavily loaded with toxicity then you can definitely revert it to a 14-day suspension with Unbanster. As a bonus, they even offered me a few free tickets as a token of trust. I would highly recommend their services because even if you don't regain access to your account, you'll know you've done everything in your power. Riot's transparency on this matter is regrettable, unlike some other companies, so you will have better luck with other games.

I cannot recommend this service enough after they helped me get my son's Destiny account unbanned. Unbanster is super responsive and provides excellent customized communications to help in the unbanning process.
