From start to finish everything has been seamless. From going into the shop to see the range of products and dealing with Tony who was friendly and knowledgeable, to Nick coming out to measure up and then Paul doing an amazing job at fitting! They managed to get us from quote to fitted in under 3 weeks. The product is such brilliant quality and looks top notch! Everyone I have shown so far now wants it doing and I will definitely be recommending Understairs by Giobella to family and friends.

Great from start to finish, from when Tony and his Son, came to measure till today when the storage was fitted,,, fabulous job,,, can't thank the fitter Adam enough, excellent workmanship, although only a relatively small job , took his time and was very precise, very clean and tidy and looks amazing,,,, and once all the work on our stairs has been completed it will only stand out more.....highly recommend Tony and the team and especially Adam the fitter ...Excellent

I found this site on a Facebook advert, I’d been looking for an under the stairs drawer system for a while.
The simplicity of how to work out if it is cost-effective was amazingly simple.
You measure the bottom and type it in.

I paid my deposit and a gent came to measure up, I got a quote and went for it.

I picked a colour from online, that I thought was good for me, however the gent advised on a different colour and I’m so glad he did as the one I picked was ‘off-white’ I wanted ‘white’

Installation was booked in right then and there.

Another gent arrive on installation day, named Paul, amazing guy! Top class joinery work! He worked none stop, the work is perfect, he made sure my flooring was protected and he put up a gazebo outside so he could work in all weathers.

The final job is just lovely, I’ve recommended this company to my friends and staff members

We recently had bespoke understairs storage installed by Understairs storage by Giobella, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result!

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Tony, the surveyor and also the director of the company, truly went above and beyond. He personally came to do the survey, late in the evening to accommodate my busy work schedule, which really shows the level of customer care they provide. Not only was Tony incredibly professional, but he was also so personable, making the entire process enjoyable while paying meticulous attention to our very bespoke requirements!

A huge thank you as well to Adam, the fitter, who was not only a master of his craft but also wonderfully friendly and approachable. He worked tirelessly to make sure the storage utilised every possible inch of space, with outstanding attention to detail. The finished product has exceeded all of our expectations — it fits everything we wanted and more!

We’d 1000% recommend them to anyone considering custom understairs storage solutions. The service, quality, and overall experience are well worth the investment. Now that ours is complete, even our neighbours are so impressed they plan to use them too!

I can’t recommend this firm enough. An easy online quote process, then a chat with Tony who explained what would happen and how long it would take. Nick came out to undertake the survey and arranged the fitting date. Adam completed the work in one day. All to a very high standard, very tidily and professionally done.

From the site visit and booking process with Tony to the fitting by Adam a very professional and pleasurable process. I had been looking for a reliable company to come and do an understairs conversion for my home and had given the business to another well-known company. It was only after signing up that I discovered that that company required me to dismantle the wall under the stairs myself! That was a complete non-starter for me.
In an online advertisement I came across Giobella and as their showroom was not too far from me, I decided to pay a visit. I was so glad I did! I was welcomed by Tony and everything was explained to me. I was given a firm quotation and a few days later Tony came to measure up for me. Adam did the fitting for me and did everything meticulously. His workmanship was second to none! I am totally delighted with Giobella and would recommend this company to anyone. I now have an amazing, useful amount of storage which I didn't have before. Well done, Tony, Adam and the carpenters at Giobella. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly and professional service. They accommodated every request for changes that I wanted to make with no fuss.The end results looked amazing and better than we expected, Adam the installer was very friendly, professional and kept mess and disruption to the bare minimum while doing a superb job installing the cabinets. All in all it was an amazing job start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone.

From start to finish Giobella was a pleasure to deal with, Tony came out when he said he would to survey the job and explained everything to us and helped us choose the correct colour and spec to suit our staircase and showed us samples we placed the order and was given a date to fit. The overall professional finish and installation by Adam was superb and we can't praise him highly enough. There was a minor blip with the product order, only spotted once it was being fitted, which was an oversight by the company but this was eventually corrected and dealt with amicably and to our mutual satisfaction. We are now over the moon with how it looks in our home.

A wonderful and professionals service from start to finish of the process. Looking at options in showroom made selection much easier and pricing was simple and competitive. At home visit by Nick was quick and gave us peace of mind and the final installation by Adam was great. You could tell he cared more about getting things right rather than finishing a quick job. Very happy with final result and would recommend to anyone interested. I have had the competitor company also in our old house and products are very different in quality but similar in price...our recent work is far superior quality workmanship...both product and fitting. We've been looking for understairs storage for a while, despite our tight budget and small space, Understairs by Giobella has provided excellent service according to our needs.
The survey and fitting were completed within a week, amazingly fast and well done, Adam has provided a lot of on-site advice to us, flexibility is always welcome.
Family members are happy with the new storage space, we are going to fully utilize it from now on, cheers!

Excellent from start to finish.
After our initial on-line enquiry Tony visited our home and provided us with the full range of options and finishes. With his advice we were easily able to agree the design we wanted.
When it came to fitting we were advised exactly when they would turn up and Paul (the fitter) called us an hour before to again confirm the arrival time.
It was wonderful to have Paul in the home as he was very personable, very tidy and clearly very skilled. The installation took just over a day and when he left the whole area had been thoroughly cleaned. We have been left with under stair storage which looks great and works really well.
