From initial contact with Tony to completion of work by Adam have been impressed with professionalism of both and attention to detail....Adam completed majority of work in one day working late to do so and had to return today to finish a couple of pieces and Adam cleaned up when he was done.....Amazing finish and very pleased with work.

We found Understairs by Giobella by chance on Facebook. We had just reserved a plot on a new build site and had a small void under the stairs that was pretty much unusable. We approached Understairs by Giobella and explained what we wanted to achieve. Tony sat down with us and came up with a plan including having someone visit the building site to take measurements. Every step of the way we were kept informed and the whole team has been very friendly and easy to talk to.

Today, Adam came out to fit the understairs storage and he has done a fantastic job. As expected, he was very friendly and engaging and the job that he has done looks fantastic, he has certainly got an eye for detail.

Overall we have been very impressed and would certainly recommend them to others.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had an initial call with Tony to discuss various options, followed by a survey at the house with Nick. We also found there was no pushy upselling from Tony or Nick which we found very pleasing. Adam then carried out the job over one day, working late to complete the job. His work was very tidy and he clearly took his time to ensure the job was finished to a high standard. We will certainly be recommending Giobella to anybody who is looking for understairs storage solutions.

We are really pleased with our fabulous under stairs storage fitted by Adam. The ordering process was easy with Tony and the final quote very reasonable for the amount of storage and quality of the product. Adam is a craftsman and professional. He laid a matting down to protect our flooring, tidied up on completion and gave us a full walk through of the furniture and how to look after it. The finish is superb and just what we wanted. Highly recommended!

Adam from Understairs by Giobella has just finished our understairs storage installation and we couldn't recommend them enough. The fitter, Adam, is friendly, polite, respectful, professional and a super talented craftsman. He laid out mats to protect the flooring and worked diligently, hard and cleanly. We are delighted and highly impressed with the quality of the process, service, workmanship and the end result. It was reassuring to see the products in the shop and actually talk to someone face to face about the product, process and service. Nick was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product and came out to confirm the measurements and advise on the best options for us. The on-line ordering process is easy and simple to follow and the follow-up home survey visit means there is opportunity to make changes if necessary. Top job.

Absolutely delighted with our new understairs cupboards. Expertly fitted by Adam whose attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. From my initial survey with Tony to completion I can't fault the service. The cupboards are well made and provide so much storage, highly recommend.

We are over the moon with the finished products a fantastic use of the space with lots of extra storage. They look as though they have been there forever . There are shoe rails, lights and the pattern on the front flows onto every door it looks seem less
The service has been exceptional from Tony keeping in contact, measuring up and ensuring dad was happy with everything
Adam is a tremendously skilled carpenter, checking in with us, he also put covers on the carpet and tidied everything away when the job was completed

Excellent family run company easy to deal with. We went under stairs Giobella firstly because they had a show room in Chorley where you can see the quality and see for yourself what everything is like, this was so helpful to us. On fitting day they turned up on time and did an excellent job and talked us through the full workings. Our fitter Adam was excellent very polite and took pride in his job. When finished Adam tidied up after him. Would definitely recommend this company and ask if Adam can fit yours. Would have given six star rating if I could.

Really happy with our under stairs refurbishment. Adam did a great job, he was very focused on the detail, he didn't rush it and left the work space clean after.

Communication was a bit slow at first and trying to make contact was a bit difficult, few emails wasn't replied to, I think they may have ended up in spam, but once I messaged on Facebook it was a very quick response.

From start to finish everything has been seamless. From going into the shop to see the range of products and dealing with Tony who was friendly and knowledgeable, to Nick coming out to measure up and then Paul doing an amazing job at fitting! They managed to get us from quote to fitted in under 3 weeks. The product is such brilliant quality and looks top notch! Everyone I have shown so far now wants it doing and I will definitely be recommending Understairs by Giobella to family and friends.
