After a lot of research I settled on Uniform Standard for some black minimal sneakers, I went for the all black Nubuck Series 1 as I wanted that matte finish and a smarter colour to pass as dress shoes.

The whole experience has been perfect, fast delivery, fair price and beautiful packaging. The sizing advice on the website worked out brilliantly. I fit New Balance size 9 as a general rule and the size 9 I received fit perfectly.

The sneakers themselves are a work of art, easily the most luxurious sneakers I have ever owned. The nubuck may require a bit more care than leather, but the finish is worth it. They were a delight to wear straight out of the box, fitting the contours of my foot really well. I will no doubt be back for a pair of white sneakers once my Stan Smiths have perished.

If you like me are navigating through the maze of high quality minimal sneakers and can't quite stomach the Crown Northampton price tag, you can't go wrong with Uniform Standard.

Fantastic well made stylish sneakers.. i have the suede and leather and they arr just as good as the other. Quality product and arrive in a day .brilliant !

Lovely shoes,but like many companies there’s no arch support in these shoes,not that comfortable for me, very flat inside,had to put my own insoles in for foot support.but I do have osteoarthritis in my feet.apart from that.lovely well made shoes.

Seven weeks ago, I purchased the Series 4 Jet Black trainers and was definitely impressed when they first arrived. They were sprayed with one of the best suede protectors on the market and I’ve taken very good care of them. I only wear them three days a week and they’ve never been worn in the rain. Unfortunately they already look a good few months old. My girlfriend even asked what on earth have you done to them? The suede looks rough and they are already creasing. Another slightly cheaper brand’s suede high tops lasted me a year and a half. Also, the trainers are quite uncomfortable despite putting pads in the heels. I had high hopes but now I very much regret purchasing them.

Great shoes. I don't think there are other shoes out there made at such high quality at this price. I got the Series 1 in suede and they look super high-end and are very durable.

Really ecpectional customer service. I had an issue that had nothing to do with the company and I was receiving immediate help, constant prompt email replies and daily updates on my shipping progress until it was resolved.

I recently received my 6th pair of Uniform Standard shoes. Aside from the excellent colour and material choices the shoes are magnificently made and attention to detail is superb. They all fit beautifully and are extremely comfortable. Packaging and delivery are faultless. What’s also appreciated is the really professional and excellent customer service from US which in my opinion is invaluable.

This was my third pair of Uniform Standard shoes and once again are of superb quality. I am awaiting another colour to come back into stock and i shall be buying yet another pair! Super fast delivery and came with great packaging. Please buy a pair as you wont be disappointed!

I only have positive things to say about this brand. The quality of the shoes is fantastic both in terms of build quality and quality of materials used. I would say the overall quality is easily comparable and probably even better than brands that charge a lot more than they do.

They were also extremely helpful in sorting out an exchange for a smaller size, responding immediately to any emails sent to them. Really impressed and I can tell the people involved genuinely care about their brand and providing a great customer experience. Will defo be ordering again!

Like wearing cement.

Wore these 2 times and the first time I put them on and went out felt stiff and thought maybe they loosen up. After about an hour of light wear. Got blisters on the back of my heel. Wore them again and same thing they don’t seem to break in and got blisters on both feet again. Had to band aid them up. Very strange for a sneaker to cause that. Not sure how to add photos. But for me anyways these were a waste.

I was looking for some quality sneakers to pair well with quality material cloths in a simplified wardrobe. Boy was I in for treat. Ordered and literally on the second day received the package. The suede shoes are marvelous and the materials are of great quality. Very comfy and stylish. Sizing is spot on using the sizing chart on the website.

This will not be the last pair I ordered. Thanks for the great service and keep up the good work!

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers which are light grey leather one and brown suede one. High quality soft leather, very comfortable cushioning, clean minimal design, reasonable price. Communication when I asked about my sizing was smooth and it is perfect fit for me with additional footbeds kindly provided. I have started thinking about next shoes. Thank you.

Love the brand, love the simplicity, love the speed of delivery, love the design. Also a great pleasure speaking with them on a separate project which, despite not leading anywhere due to our own needs, was an absolute pleasure.

I got a pair of series 1 for my boyfriend on the recommendation of my brother and dad, these are superior quality shoes. The designs are amazing and the customer service is brilliant, if like me you like a classy trainers that’s not Nike or adidas then go get some Uniform Standard!!

These are a staple in your wardrobe! I’ve now got two pairs and they are versatile shoe that can be paired with many different outfits both smart and casual. Incredibly well made sneakers, with a great sustainability aspect to them. Chic & comfortable. I am so glad I’ve finally found a pair of sneakers that are stylish and comfortable. Love the addition of the dust bag with the shoes & the detailed instructions of how to care for these shoes! Incredible customer service - this is a great brand and I will definitely be adding more of their shoes to my collection.
