Two weeks ago, I had a hair transplant procedure with UniquEra Clinic, and I could not be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, their team ensured that the whole process was seamless. The team was professional, personable, dedicated and highly skilled. They truly do their most to make you feel comfortable and are accessible at all hours of the day and night. The aftercare is as thorough and genuine as the consultation process. Their attention to detail was evident throughout our whole encounter.

I want to highlight a few people who did an outstanding job planning and providing the highest quality of care and customer service.

First, I want to thank Juliana, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her support in helping me to navigate the procedure from consultation to aftercare was done with a level of kindness and professionalism that you just do not get here in the United States. I’m beyond grateful for her outstanding service.

Second, I want to thank Raafat. He was by my side during and after the two hardest days of the procedure; which were the extraction and transplant days. His role was to enable communication with the surgeons and ensure that I had everything that I needed while I was at the clinic. The care and concern that he provided onsite was very genuine, which was in very comforting, while undergoing a procedure in a foreign country. Not to mention, he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with ease.

Last but not least, I want to thank Emad. He did an outstanding job as a translator and advisor. He is an all around great guy who always has a smile on his face and is a pleasure to be around. He also helped plan an awesome night out for our group and excursions around Istanbul.

I have had two procedures with UniquEra. The whole team from CEO down are the epitome of integrity. They are in business, but are also ethical, personable, dedicated and highly skilled. The aftercare is as thorough and genuine as the consultation process. The decision to travel to Turkey for a hair transplant was a big one for me and after lots of communication, still a leap of faith! When I first arrived there was a luxury van waiting for me at the airport to take us to the hotel. The hotel was amazing. When we first got to thr hotel 2 of the clinics employees Juljana and Elga were there late in the night to greet me and talk to me through how the next 3 days were going to unfold. Juljana and Elga both really went the extra mile for me during my stay, they are both wonderful women and exceptional at their jobs. The next day I arrived at the clinic and was greeted by Emad who was very friendly, he showed me into the clinic and arranged everything with the doctors. He also gave me a tour of Istanbul the next day which was great, he had alot of knowledge about Istanbul and it's culture. Another employee I'd like to mention is Rafaat. He brought me into his office and went through everything with me step by step and explained everything thoroughly, he was a massive help. Finally the last person I wish to mention is Admir, I didn't see admir in person in Istanbul but he was constantly in contact with me and made himself available pretty much 24/7 for any questions I had which was a massive help to me. Overall my experience was amazing, Fantastic staff who go above and beyond for their patients and doctors who take great care with the procedure, for me this Clinic is 10/10 no doubt.

I had promised myself never to have a hair transplant for two reasons, one I would never be able to afford it in the US, and two I thought it looked painful when looking at some websites, but after many years of trying all kinds of products for hair loss and spending thousands of dollars in the process, without any results, I got tired.

A couple of months ago my son told me he had a friend who had gone through a hair transplant in Türkiye 🇹🇷
I saw his before and after pictures and I was amazed by his transformation, so I decided to do my own research and found a couple of clinics with good reviews, but I was skeptical, I still had some doubts. I finally decided to ask him for the name of the clinic and he said the name was UNIQUERA.

The reviews were great! But I still had concerns and doubts, but I finally got the courage to contact UNIQUERA.

A lady name Egla contacted me right away and set up a WhatsApp video call and I met Juliana and Egla that day, I expressed all my concerns as I would be traveling from the U.S. to Istanbul for the first time, but they answered all my questions and cleared all my doubts I honestly think they were key people in helping me make the decision and commit to schedule the procedure.

I had a procedure of 2 sessions starting January 20, 2025.
When we arrived at the hotel, my wife and I met with Juliana and Egla and it was like meeting with good friends, they had the hotel and transportation all taken cared of as promised, and they were with us throughout the whole process.

I met a couple other guys going through the same procedure on my way to the clinic, we didn’t know what to expect but Juliana and Egla were so good at making us feel at home.

At the clinic we were greeted by Rafat and then I met the Medical team: Nesimi, Yagmur and Cengiz.
I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism and how they kept making sure I was comfortable during the procedure.

Then I met Hazem the CEO who was with us through the two days sessions. I also met Emad, who was ready to answer all kinds of questions, and also he was so kind to take us on a tour to see the Grand Bazaar, my wife, daughter and I enjoyed that very much , it really felt like we were hanging out with friends, it was a unique and wonderful experience.

Today I am grateful that I got to do this procedure under the care of exceptional professionals and wonderful people, I recommend 100% UNIQUERA Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.
I recommend asking lots of questions about the post- care, what to expect, sleeping position, I would ask a minimum of two weeks off after your procedure. If I’ll do something like this again I will consider paying a little more for extra sedation to avoid the 3 day swelling from the anesthesia, but overall I GIVE UNIQUERA A 5 STAR 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION. Do some touring before the procedure, Türkiye 🇹🇷 is a beautiful country with lots beautiful sites.
