I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the incredible experience I had with UniquEra Clinic during my recent hair transplant. From start to finish, I was made to feel truly welcome, cared for, and treated like part of the family.

My cousin and brother both recommended that I undergo this procedure, and I’m so glad I trusted their advice.
Being by my self in Healthcare System in Italy,
I pay attention to the details.
But I can say the medical team did a great job.
It’s now been almost three weeks since the procedure, and everything is healing beautifully and returning to normal.

I am from the states and wanted to make my hair restoration journey exciting and unique (also more affordable). Since my procedure in Jan 2024 the company has transitioned into UniqueEra. The most important thing is the medical team is the same! The patience, kindness, warmth and professionalism I received as a patient made my experience worthwhile. I have almost completed a year of healing, and my results are truly greater than what I expected. I am impressed with the teams ability to restore my hairline, thickness on the top/sides/and front of my scalp. I am excited for the rebranding of the company and trust they will be fine after getting to know them on an individual basis. I have no regrets going to Turkey for my procedure, only amazing results! I trust this team with my friends and family any day.

Okay 2 weeks post procedure, I feel like i have enough to give an accurate review.

I was a referral from a friend who went to Bluemagic Group. I originally booked with them, but it seems the business partners split, with marketing on one side and the doctors on the other. Thankfully I was contacted by UniquEra to explain the situation, as I was able to confirm that the doctors who performed my friend's surgery (with great results) were indeed at UniquEra, rather than Bluemagic, so I was able to move reservations at the last minute.

They did a lot to put me at ease, including staying late and letting me visit the clinic late after I landed to really confirm that the doctors I thought were doing the procedure, were actually the correct ones.

The procedure went smoothly, with minimal pain or side effects. I was worried the worst was to come after I got home, but it seems the skill of the surgeons helps to minimize recovery.

The facilities were great (although much plainer than what I am used to in the US), everyone was very helpful and accommodating. As I recover I've been in regular contact with the team to make sure things are panning out and to ensure that I am taking the proper aftercare.

I've gotten a lot of comments on how good my hair looks since getting it done, and its been a great experience!

I had an excellent experience with unique era hair transplant. I had 3700 hairs transplanted and it all went smoothly. The team explained everything thoroughly to me and made me feel very comfortable. I had never been to Istanbul before (I’m from the United States) and the staff checked in with me multiple times a day the entire time I was in Istanbul. They gave me tips on where to get food, what to see, what to do etc with my free time. This is in top of the exceptional service I received while at the clinic. From a medical perspective they clearly have plenty of experience and know what they are doing but what put them above and beyond in my book was the way they made me feel so comfortable all around.

My experience was unique, the people at the clinic were expecptinonally caring and understanding .my fears were unsubstantiated , the people at the clinic made me feel comfortable and as if i was right at home . After many years I made the decision to finally do something about my hair loss. I found this team through a referral of a friend. My over all experience has been pleasant. The staff was accommodating in many ways and really tried to ease many of my concerns. I had many, many concerns as I was traveling from the U.S. to Istanbul to have my procedure done.
They took many of my worries away. The arranged for a nice hotel, in a safe area, with great staff and many accommodations.
Deria, took my phone calls often at 3:00AM her time. I was thankful that she did. She was pleasant to work with, speaks great English and was excellent and making the process more simplified.
Rafaat, was my patient care organizer and translator. He’s very pleasant, he took great care in organizing my transport to and from the clinic on the days of my surgery and washing days.
Emad…Emad was Excellent and likely the best to work with of the entire group, in the sense that he makes you feel at home. You ask what does he do? Emad helped me to organize some sightseeing, arranged for taxis for me, gave me a nice guided tour of Istanbul, filled me in on the culture, explained the different mosque’s that can be found throughout Istanbul, took me to eat some traditional Turkish foods, teas, he helped me to negotiate with locals when purchasing gifts for my family. He took nice videos and pictures for me, although I didn’t want to be in many. He showed me the cleansing procedures one must do before entering a mosque. He made himself available to answer my calls and messages on his days off. Having Emad was like having a friend with me during this procedure. He has a great sense of humor and helped to make the best of my time while I was here.

I had two session for the hair transplant in this clinic.
I would like to say thank you to all medical team. after two month of my surgery I can see the result and I'm so glad to choose this clinic.
Everything was perfect from the start of the procedure till the end.
The atmosphere of clinic was really friendly and quality of the procedure was perfect.

I did a hair transplant in turkey in a clinic but i hated my hairline because it was so unnatural. But then i went to UniquEra clinic so they fixed my hairline with tiny small single hair grafts, now it started to grow and it looks so natural and no one can tell if i did a hair transplant.
I can not thank Dr.Huseyn enough for his professionalism and listening carefully to all my concerns. He was so assuring that they can fix my unsuccessful transplant and they truly did, he had supervision over my whole procedure.
'Raafat' was the best patient coordinator i've seen in a medical clinic, not only translating for me if i needed him anywhere but actually so caring and nice. He always made sure i fully understand every detail. 'Emad' was so helpful to get me to know all good restaurants and touristic attraction and fun things that i can do in istanbul while staying there.
My surgeon was 'Atakan' the delicate hands and artistic vision of him left me speechless. Also thanks alot from Yagmur and Ayse as part of my surgery team from their great job and 'Gamze' for being so welcoming.

September 6, 2024 I had my second hair transplant surgery at the UNIQUERA, this time on the crown of my head and the result of their work is beyond description because everything is healing for me a second time at an extreme speed and my hair in the front is already the way I wanted it and the back is already starting to be visible. The precision of their performance is incredible and at the highest level from the very beginning to the very end of the process. it is worth trusting them and using their services. I sincerely recommend it because it is not only the effect but also good fun for 4 days a lot of laughter 😂👊

I had my hair transplant with this same team last year and was so satisfied that I decided to return for another procedure this year. When I found out that CEO Hazem Altal had rebranded the company under the name Uniquera Clinic, I knew I was in good hands.

Two of my friends are also scheduled for their procedures with this team, and I can confidently say that everything promised was delivered. Let me first start by thanking Hazem Atal for being honest, professional, and helping me get my deposit back from Blue magic. On August 20 and 21 I got my Hair transplant via the DHI method. UniquEra took care of everything for me and my wife hotel, transportation, translator and just overall a warm experience. I was nervous but they helped me with those feeling by being kind and professional. Deniz communicated with me kindly and clearly about what to expect and she kept her word. When I landed I was picked up at the airport day of my procedure I was introduce to Raafat which helped guide me through the language barrier and checked up on me during my procedure. I met with Hazem and Hüseyin which makes you feel confident that you are speaking with people who care about their work. My procedure was executed by Senior Surgeon Atakan and his team composed of Yağmur, Emir, and Ayşe. They did a great job I had no complications and everything was smooth. Also it’s worth paying for the extra anesthesia. After my procedure they spoked to me about the after care and the commitment I have to make to myself to guarantee the best results. They don’t try to upsell you on any extra products but you do have the option to purchase it from them or not they don’t push it on you. But you do need to be aware that there is after care after your procedure.

On Wash day I was taken on a tour by Emad around Istanbul and it was just what my wife and I needed after two long days. I enjoyed being driven around by Emad because he was really nice, professional, and knowledgeable of such a beautiful city. The city is so big so it’s very helpful to be guided by someone who can take you to the best spots and help you with the language barrier.

Overall I am very happy I did my procedure and highly recommended UniquEra. This might be their first review but they have been around for years under a different name Blue Magic.
