J’appelle le mardi matin pour signaler problème sur mon trépied EVscope2, réponse dans l’après midi pour compléments d’informations et documents, le lendemain retour de la décision et le vendredi matin le dossier est clos avec reception d’un matériel neuf en échange.
Personne du SAV qui a suivi mon dossier, très à l’écoute, échange très aimable et rapidité de traitement.

Exceptionally good support. Very fast professional and not just predefined answers that solve the problem. The support is always ready to answer questions aside from technical support and really tries to find a solution. It does not get any better than this. Very well deserved 5 Points.

I requested Fits files and they came the next business day, ahead of schedule. Very fast and efficient.

My eVscope had a battery problem (it was DOA). I submitted a trouble ticket and received a reply shortly after submittal. The tech was Samy, who provided me with excellent service and feedback. Samy arranged to get a new battery pack shipped to me and provided me with links to instructions on how to uninstall the old battery and install the new battery. Excellent service!

Talk about going above and beyond. Unistellar rasied the bar on exceptional customer service. I recently knocked over my telescope and was devastated. It wasn’t working correctly and I thought that I was simply out of luck. I asked for support, perhaps it could be repaired? I sent them videos, descriptions, and ultimately shipped it to a repair location in the US. The instructions for shipping and expectations for repair were clear. After they tried to repair it, it was left with a terrible noise when its motor would move to a desired location. They sent me a video, letting me know. And then without any prompting, decided to send me a completely refurbished telescope. It was like getting back a brand new telescope! Wow. I was simply overjoyed. The first day I got it back, I saw the great Orion Nebula. Also, during the repair period, there was an annual sale on a new scope. I purchased a replacement scope in the event the repair was not possible. But they assured me that I could send the new one back, no questions asked. They honored their word. I could say it took longer than expected in the end, but my goodness, it was worth the wait x 100. Thank you Unistellar. You have restored my faith in what an innovative caring company can do!!

Das Teleskop funktioniert super und ist kinderleicht zu bedienen. Ich habe damit inzwischen einige Beobachtungen gemacht und bin begeistert, was man an deep sky Objekten sehen kann. Man kann Galaxien und Nebel sehen, die mit einem rein optischen Teleskop kaum oder nicht zu sehen sind. Planetenbeobachtung ist wegen der relativ geringen Vergrößerung weniger gut möglich.

I ordered my eVScope 2 telescope 8 days ago and aside from the initial order confirmation I have received no further communication about delivery.

I was hopeful and excited. Out of the box I’ve had nothing but issues. Collimation is accurate at least I get expected result and focus with mask seems right however all objects are very blurry. In working with support I sent in requested pictures their response was the issue was high humidity even though the temperature was 30 degrees F. Later the support rep requested pictures of which I already provided in the same case.
I’m frustrated with support in that so far it feels like a lack on support part that the problem is not with the scope or that it was bad out of the box. I know this scope is DSO but being the newer version planetary is supposed to work too. Jupiter and Mars are not remotely visible, my ETX has a cleaner picture.
I’m still in my 30 day trial period so I opted to request RMA.
For the price of this scope I expected so much more and I’m thoroughly disappointed.

Surpris par la performance de cet instrument sous un ciel urbain et sa facilité de mise en service. Je redécouvre les objets classiques du ciel profond avec plaisir. Rapide, précis et autonome.
L'observation à l'oculaire l'a rend plus immersive.
Un petit bémol pourtant : l’absence de notice papier en français dans la boite et de quelques indications de démarrage qui rendraient le premier pointage du ciel plus évident.
Le sac de transport est bien fait et indispensable, de mon point de vue.
Bon, le tarif, j'ai profité du black friday mais cela reste quand même un tarif élevé.
Bref, si l'EvScope2 vous fait de l'oeil, et que la banquier est ok, foncez !!!

Commande et livraison impeccable. Télescope génial. Seul petit bémol : la doc technique est dispersée entre 2 manuels utilisateur + FAQ+ Blog+YouTube... C'est le bazard...
