The workmen who carried out the work at my house were brilliant – professional, polite, and completed the job to a high standard. I was very happy with the quality of the work while they were on site.

Unfortunately, my experience after the work was completed has been disappointing. The bathroom and toilet doors were fitted, but the locks were not installed. After contacting the owner, he returned and fitted one of the locks, but despite several messages, I have received no response regarding the toilet lock.

In addition, a Hippo bag full of rubbish has been left in my front garden for over three months. I was advised after making the final payment that it would be collected within 5–7 days, but this still has not been arranged despite repeated attempts to follow up.

It's a shame because the workmanship itself was excellent, but the lack of communication and failure to resolve these outstanding issues has let the overall experience down.

The installation of our new kitchen was great. But they also put new flooring down which is so up and down my kids are injuring themselves. Been in contact for over six months and still nothing been done. Just told to chase there own contractors. Thats not my job!!!!

Unite Kitchens & Bathroom looked after the installation of an accessibility bath with shower screen together with grab rails etc. for my elderly parents. They were nothing but professional, friendly, courteous and the work was done without delay and any fuss. This was perfect for for my mum and dad who are both over the moon with the results. Thanks for the great service.

After spending approximately £10k with this company and having numerous discussions, the work performed did not meet our expectations. Some work had to be redone to achieve the desired standard. Additionally, replacements were made that did not match the existing decor, despite assurances that they would be identical.

The finishings were poor: the cutting in painting was imprecise, both the ensuite sink and shower door are leaking, the grouting does not meet standards, black grout is embedded in the white shower tray and cannot be removed, and the towel radiator was damaged during fitting, resulting in additional costs.

The laminate flooring was installed without an underlay and without prior consultation. There are gaps in the architrave, and one piece was modified to fit around a wall fixture which could have been moved; this piece was then placed back into the gap and filled. The painting work received only one coat, regardless of its appearance. We had to address several minor issues ourselves. When contacted, they promised a response but did not follow up for months. They were prompt in taking payment, but their aftercare service is lacking. Based on our experience, we would not use their services again or recommend them.

It is unfortunate that they outsource to local subcontractors so have no real control over the quality.

I recently had my bathroom completely refurbished by Unite, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered a finish that was even better than I imagined.

The quality of workmanship is just the best, with great attention to detail throughout.

I would highly recommend Unite to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality bathroom renovation. Thanks again for such a fantastic job!

From start to finish of dealing with this company I've been really impressed. Neil has been an excellent first contact , Graham came to the house once and absolutely nailed the design we were looking to achieve using very clear cad drawings by email the next day ! And Gary is the installer you dream of having in the house, always on time, very skilled at installation and cleaned up every night before he left. He backed out of the house on completion of the job cleaning as he went and left the house spotless.

After being let down by several other companies, and about to give up on the idea of getting my bathroom done. Neil contacted me from unite kitchens and bathrooms Ltd, I explained what I wanted and what my budget was and Neil said he was sure he could sort something for me. Made an appointment for Graham to come round, Graham measured up, gave me some ideas, which I was very grateful for, he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. Neil contacted me a few days later to ask me what I thought, we discussed products, Neil emailed me with pictures of what my bathroom would look like, and also sent me links for me to look at products for myself, which was really good. I picked a date for installation, Gary came to install bathroom, he was very professional, came on time, worked hard and did a full day, didn’t mind me asking about what he was doing, and happy to explain, finished when he said he would. Gary did a lovely job. The whole experience was great, nothing was too much trouble for all involved from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Thank-you Neil, Graham and Gary for a great bathroom.

We chose to go with Unite as we had been struggling to get someone to offer us the full service we were after and after speaking to the team at unite we were confident we would get the kitchen of our dreams. They carried out, full rip out of our kitchen, floor tiling, electrical require, channel and drainage for new island and full install of our new kitchen and utility. The service and work carried out was exceptional and we would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Had my solid wood kitchen worktops fitted by Unite Kitchens recently..the fitters were very professional and knowledgeable offering me ideas and suggestions to make the most out of the wood and maintenance for the future.
The job was completed in good time and looks fantastic.
