I recently got to work with my consultant when my previously assigned one left Unity. I’ve been with the company one year. Callum received me very well though under a difficult situation whereby l wasn’t informed by the previous consultant they were leaving. I had to investigate why there was no communication from the consultant as well as being booked for work. Within few minutes someone was allocated to be my consultant and before the end of the day changes were made, Callum was the final one. Callum is very kind hearted, respectful, caring, understanding and supportive. He clearly explains things to me in a convincing and less stressful manner offering some reassurance to enable me to understand how things are, reality. Unfortunately there’s less work at the moment so he’s been unable to book me shifts as required and expected. Overall, Unity staff are hardworking, make sure they check on their clients now and again to make sure they’re well and enjoying their work. I am just hoping things improve somehow and l can continue working with my consultant under Unity. Also the company has maintained a good reputation as l hear good testimonies from other agency staff when l come across them at work.

I have been working with Unity Healthcare for a few months. They are a very professional and efficient company! They will be able to provide support throughout the registration process and afterwards. Jack is one of the best consultants I have worked with so far! I highly recommend registering with Unity Healthcare; it will be one of the best decisions you can make!

Great Experience with Unity Healthcare and Callum my consultant.
I have been working with Unity since 2021 to present with great experience, started slow and later improved.My consultant at star was Renia up till January/February before she left and later working with Callum.
Callum is a good man to work with ,his communication is great and excellent. He keeps me informed of shifts available and always to talk to me on weekend or office hours and off work, he is available to give shifts.
Callum will make sure I get paid on time and never have any payment issues. I will recommend Unity healthcare to friends.

I joined Unity to follow Jack , a friend introduced me to him what I admired about their relationship is how professional,supportive,understanding and patient he was and from then on I have never worked with a better consultant he is seriously the best.when it’s quiet I know for sure he is working hard to get me work.He is also very honest when shifts are scarce but reassuring at the same time that he will do his best to find the work.Jack understands that I have a life and children and is very accomodating when it comes to that , unlike so many consultants who think that when you work with them they own you . He is always happy to talk to you ,always cheerful which is incredible.im not scared to call him if i have concerns.Jack does what he says he’s going to do , he follows through ,he is amazing.

I’ve been with Unity now for almost a year and have been excellently supported throughout. Firstly by Rhianna and now by Courtney. Both members of the team are helpful and friendly. Courtney is a superstar at getting things done, always available too no matter what shift I’m working.

A friend introduced me to Unity a couple of months ago, I am new to work as agency nurse. Jack the consultant got in touch straight away and assessed my needs and discussed what he could offer me. I found him very warm welcoming and supportive throughout the registration and compliance process. Jack has been giving me plenty of jobs that suit me, communication is great, I am happy he is my consultant, thank you Jack!

JACK Denchfield has been a great consultant right from my registration to Unity. One thing I picked from him is that he answers his phone or messages at the weekend while other consultant don't. He is eagerly ready to provide you a shift always.

I have recently joined Unity Healthcare to continue working with my consultant Jack. I have been working with my consultant Jack for many years, he demonstrated a professional attitude and reliability, qualities that I appreciate the most. The compliance process was very quick and found a lot of support from compliance team. I will continue to work with Unity healthcare agency as they have proven to be reliable and flexible.

Jack Denchfield is one of the best consultant I ever had. He always make sure that I’ve been booked ahead of time . He constantly reminded me to be booked and communicated very well, even his day off or AL, he never fails to communicate for any concerns or queries I had.

Jack, is an efficient consultant that supports me with my shifts.Aside being very professional, he is very down to earth, approachable and sympathetic. He is a person that values relationships, it took me nothing to quit other agencies to work with Jack at Unity.

I started working for Unity healthcare at first l just registered half way until one day one of the staff call me to introduce himself to me as my consultant his name was Jack Denchfield he make sure l finished the registration, l have need see such consultant since l have been working for other agency that make me change my name and l only work for Unity healthcare, Jack was an amazing man, communication is 100%, encouragement is 100%, he is very polite even when l shout at him he will try to calm me down and explain to me how to get to hospital send message to say have a great day at work in the morning Jack will be the first person to ask you how was the shift, l have to keep tell all my friends to register with Unity and request for Jack Denchfield as there are consultant l have a lot to say about him even when his on holiday l will call him for shift because other are not really care about Jack staff when his on holiday and l have make up my mind if Jack his living the company am living as well his wisdom is not comparable.

I didn’t have a great start with Unity due to experience with a consultant. However, my new consultant Jack has completely changed my experience and I mainly do shifts with Unity. His communication is amazing, he keeps you informed of his annual leave and who to contact which is very helpful. if you want a shift, Jack will make sure it’s yours, I could go on. I also get calls from the office to offer me shifts. I get paid on time, never any payment issues.
My only criticism is their rates are low but the consistency of shifts makes up for it.
Overall I would definitely recommend Unity Healthcare.
