Have been with unity for some years now, very good agency.
My consultant is josie, she's an amazing person. She's very professional and caring, very easy to communicate with and she's got a good listening skills. She always check on me every week to see how my shift was going, and am always looking forward for her calls. She's very supportive and always ready to help.

I recently joined Unity and my consultant is Abi, She is absolutely amazing. She has been tirelessly working to find a shift for me. She keeps me up to date. I feel like I am heard and she answer all my questions and concerns putting me at ease immediately. She always returns my call or text asa she can. Prior to completing or processing any task/work Abi ensures i have understood and happy for her to go ahead. I highly recommend Abi and Untiy health care, and thank you Abi for being so compassionate, caring and understanding.

I called in looking for more information and I got through to Nadia in Finance she was very helpful and had answers to my questions straight away which put me at ease.

Unity Healthcare agency is already another home for me. I’ve been with them since the year 2022 and they have been brilliant. They respected the fact that I had experience in another country and gave me great opportunity to sharpen my skills especially in communication with people I was meeting for the first time. Matthew, my consultant, is like a brother now but in a professional way. He respects boundaries and at the same time looks out for me. He always ensures I get a shift or more every week. You know that situation where you need assistance and your big brother is there for you all the way? , that’s Matthew. Because of him I’ve referred several people to Unity Healthcare and they have the same wonderful experience with him. Sometimes I think he has travelled round the world and made a bond with everyone because he always understands what you’re going through. He is down to earth and updates you on what is going on especially if he might not be around for a while. I recently had a queries related to finance and Nadia and Grace from the finance department were able to slove the problem.The duo were so professional and solved the problem within a blink of an eye.

I’ve been working for Unity as a Nurse for just over a year. The support care and compassion shown to the staff is 2nd to none. When I had to have an op, the messages I received made me feel valued.
Recently I was in contact with Abbie frequently while awaiting my dbs check, she gave me advice on how to chase which worked. Abbie has also been my IT guru ( needed as I’m not tech savvy) she has patiently talked me through the forms without making me feel stupid, she is a star.

The support I received from the payroll team especially Consultant Grace Was very timely and splendid. I still remember how professionally it was handled and at the same time being friendly, empathising, reassuring and understanding my emergency situation, since it was nearing the pay day deadline. my need of the hour was met by this helpful awesome consultant Grace. The consultant was very reassuring and even went the extra mile to make sure that the issue was handled and all problems sorted by giving me a call back the next working day and enquiring if everything was met and ok.
