We decided to spend our honeymoon in Secrets Resort & Spa. We spent amazing time in the Resort with amazing food and service. We became a members of UVC and we have already booked our next trip to Panama. We are very excited and the price we have booked is amazing. We are looking forward to see the VIP Services on our arrival to help us get aroud the Panama. I recomend it to everyone.

I really feel like I purchase a great product with massive discount and a lot of flexibility.
The access to properties for a fixed price a whole week in amazing places is fantastic.
I am a silver member and I am really enthusiastic about getting an upgrade as soon as possible.

I love my membership, it makes me travel and save more money. All my friends and family members use it too.

We were scammed at a resort in Cancun. Sadly (FOOLISHLY) I continued to pay my $280 per month and once membership was completed I found out I paid over 20K to get a discount on all inclusive travel. insane. Not what they sold me on to begin with. RUN AWAY!!!

If I could rate this travel agency a 0 I would. Just avoid this company. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve spent money that I can’t get back and didn’t even go on a vacation. It’s a SCAM for sure. They tell you one thing to reel you in only for you to find out that the locations they promised you could visit for vacation/holiday are not an option.

This is a SCAM. Please do not give them your money, worst decision ever. We have been "members" for 9 years - they straight up lie to you but you are screwed as soon as you sign.

World of Hyatt membership is free. This company is a scam company from Mexico. I have worked for this company and i can positively say 100% that they blatantly lie to the unsuspecting victims. They had lots of problems in Mexico with a huge law suit and they now moved to Europe as well pretending to be a different company. They lie about the prices you will qualify for during the presentation. They make a false price comparison of the cost of holidays you will be paying in future. You need to trust their word. The managers are the thieving sharks sending the younger staff composed of waiters and foreign immigrants desperate to survive by any means. You can get the same deals without paying for a membership. Do not give them your hard earned money. Do not sign the deal. They laugh that they sold you promises for thousands of euros. demand a refund if you just signed. You do have your 14 days to change your mind! Europeans are protected by Mexican scammers fortunately.

Total SCAM! My husband and I signed up for this on our honeymoon 2 years ago at a Secrets resort. We paid $12,000 for the membership. When we got home and went to activate the account they said we had to pay an additional $4000 to start receiving our benefits package. 2 years in, $240/ month payment......not a single benefit received. All I can say is don't do it!!

I truly enjoy my membership. I started with a trial (Choices), and during COVID pandemic I got an upgrade to Silver membership. Of course, I have to mention that I got the best deal, as nobody was sure about future travel. Now I’m enjoying a variety of resorts all over the world for the best price. I often choose Zoetry resorts famous for their intimacy and excellent restaurants.

Totally scam, there is never availability for the hotels you search. SCAM

Unlimited Vacation Club is now operating out of San Jose Del Cabo in the resort previously operated owned by “Secrets”.

Beware this is a well orchestrated fraud. A lot of people are getting a piece of the pie so I think it’s not going to stop anytime soon.

Also be aware of credit card identify thief.

My review, my recommendation, do not do it, it is a scam. I'm here and every time I come it's something different, they want to overcharge you, if they want to oversell you it doesn't work which is a total scam.

Do not sign up! This is a scam. I was quoted $28K for ten years to belong. I declined. When I told the first condescending rep that I was Googling the reviews, he told me that even the Waldorf has bad reviews. Believe the negative reviews. This is not a Hyatt membership. It took me telling 3 separate reps that I wasn't interested. They also held my DL hostage on the resort. They also did not provide copies of documents that I requested. The rep that took me to the "model" resort disappeared after I declined. Don't do it! You will be scammed.

We signed up as Pearl members back in 2016. We have NEVER experienced any benefits such as room upgrades or club access. We then got sucked in to upgrading to Silver and will be using our Silver membership the 1st time in February 2023. I am fully prepared for disappointment as that is all we had since becoming members. I am sure we will not get the benefits we were promised at the upgrade meeting. I will update with a new post after our vacation in February and March 2023.

Horrible experience, it ends up like paying for your own vacation even using your credits and cash in bank, you don’t save but you have to work with them to spend what you paid for. After a week I made my flight reservation, I still haven’t receive any confirmation and now the concierge is not calling back. Hope i didn’t loose my flight otherwise it’s a total scam and will
Call it to the credit card company so they can reverse the charges.

Total scam, awful, appalling service…I have no good words to describe UVC, bunch of lying and unprofessional people who Providing misleading and incorrect information, typical sales techniques to get money out of you by selling you the world and in the end you will get nothing, only hell and a lot of stress, as everything is terms and conditions but you have no option to read all terms before signing the contract, even when you request. I’m so disappointed that we have made the biggest mistake in my life. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

This was a scam. I spent $30,000 for what I thought was a lot more vacations but when I returned home from my trip, I noticed the contract had deleted the amount of weeks that I thought I had. No refund. Tried to cancel but no luck. I regretfully used this up as fast I could so I could move on with my life. Would have been less expensive to purchase vacations of my choice. Bad investment. Don't do it...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give it 0 stars I would. They messed up our rooms from the beginning. We booked 3 rooms 1 with double beds knowing my mother in law and daughter were going to share and we got 3 rooms with king beds. They said they would bring another bed. I said we don’t want a cot they said it’s not. Right it was a hard cabinet surface that they placed an even harder mattress on. No headboard, no place for my daughter to plug her phone in. They could have given us another room with a king bed so it would be more comfortable. The food was disgusting even the breakfasts which how can you mess that up? Fruit was not fresh and tasted funny. One night at Caribbean night we asked for bread they had none they had to go to another restaurant to get it. Yet at the Asian dinner they offered bread. Ordered waffles one morning cold and stale with 3 thin slices of strawberry. There’s 4 restaurants and every night only 3 open. Went to lobby bar to meet for drinks it was closed due to an employee party. Are you kidding me? It’s the only bar for paying customers. Then to top things off the mosquitos were horrible. We checked our bed to see if there were bugs and we found 3, 2 alive. They claim not bedbugs but cane bugs which also bite. When we called down to management they just gave us another room no one came up to check the bed! We had to check the beds in the other rooms too. How this place is rated 4.6 is beyond me. Also went to see the doctor there. She first quoted me $2k for the cost to see her. Then the butler told us she meant $200 BIG MISTAKE!!! I had a rash that she said was an allergic reaction to an Acari bug (mite) bite definitely not. She adamantly said not the shingles not right dermatome level. I had to fly home after the bugs in the bed and was diagnosed with shingles. Never again will we go to the Dominican or any place offered by unlimited vacation club. They are to blame too!! We called them about the room situation and they had to look into it and access our calls to hear how we reserved the rooms. What is this the FBI? Still waiting on that. And then when we told them about the bugs also very nonchalant about it. When in the middle of the night I went to complain about the bugs another couple had a cockroach in their room. Hyatt not a cheap place that should have unbelievable customer service was actually horrific!!
