Either I'm not explaining it properly, or you don't want to understand. Before ordering the product, I asked if it would be delivered to my home, and you took all the payment upfront and assured me it would be delivered. I even paid double the shipping cost for faster delivery. If there was a possibility of it getting stuck in customs, you should have informed me. You didn't provide any information. Now I'm trying to order a product from AliExpress, and AliExpress is warning me about customs issues. You are the ones who should inform your customers. You're trying to make up excuses, like citing your country's customs laws. You are the one who should know this and warn the customer, not the customer. If you promise delivery to my home, you are obligated to deliver it. If you can't, you must refund the money. Furthermore, you must refund the full amount. You have no right to make the customer pay for return shipping.
I think I don't understand you. UPS is asking me to get a customs declaration from a notary. When I went to the notary, they asked for a 60 euro document fee. I asked you before placing my first order, and you said it would be delivered to my home free of charge. Now, what are you asking me to do? If I had known all this, I wouldn't have ordered from you. Furthermore, you should have informed me and obtained my approval for these customs procedures. You didn't get my approval for these customs issues, and now I shouldn't have to deal with them. You didn't provide me with any information about this. You are not an honest seller because you are not familiar with the regulations. And despite this, the return of the product is not my responsibility; it's yours. Therefore, you have no legal right to charge me for even one-way shipping costs. I will write about and report what you did on every platform. I also work for an American company, but we don't provide incomplete information to our customers like you do, and even if we did, we would take full responsibility. Your customers shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of your company's mistakes. This is not how business is done. I will do nothing. Either my product will be delivered to my home, or you must refund all my money. Even if the product arrives at my home, you are obligated to refund the express shipping fee I paid. Please be aware of this. I also made an extra payment; you charged me double the shipping fee plus all customs and shipping costs, but there has been no progress for three weeks. Hire a good customs consultant. Be a competent and honest person. Provide accurate information to people.

Hi Nebi. Just to clarify for anyone reading: this order was shipped DDP and we have already paid the import fees and duties to UPS. They are simply waiting for you to provide the Power of Attorney required by local law so they can clear and release the package to you. This is a legal paperwork requirement for the courier to act on your behalf, not an extra tax or fee from our side.
Bought a Caddx Protos RTF kit on…
Bought a Caddx Protos RTF kit on AliExpress and it turned up without any batteries. I tried ordering direct from Caddx but the order got cancelled, then found Unmanned Tech the day before I was going to complete a return on AliExpress. Left a less than glowing review on AliExpress and pointed UK buyers to Unmanned Tach for the complete package as it's actually cheaper.

Wish I could rate 6 stars. This company is absolutely amazing and I have had an above and beyond experience with them. Before ordering, I emailed them a few questions I had about a BNF o4 drone and quickly received an incredibly helpful and detailed response that helped me set the drone up after I received it.
Delivery was one day (as advertised, only for a few more pounds) and I have zero complaints. I strongly recommend this site to anyone, their team is very friendly and willing to help. 11/10 one of the best experiences I’ve had yet.

First time getting into the FPV hobby, expecting to wait ~1week for delivery (especially as I was so excited I accidentally ordered 20 Lipo batteries and they swiftly replied to amend my order before it was dispatched in a very friendly manner) and this stuff arrived a day or so later.
Couldn't have been more thrilled to practice in a flight sim before crashing my Hummingbird v4.
