Fatimah Kamara with customer service was wonderful. She promptly addressed my issue and was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

My desk came with grommet covers that were damaged in transit. I email on a Saturday afternoon, and received a reply within the hour. Joshua Bennett did an awesome job reviewing my account and getting my replacement parts ordered and shipped. Thank you!

I had to call customer service for help with an order I had just placed. I spoke with a lovely lady named Fatimah who went above and beyond to help me fix the issue I had. She was able to adjust my order without me having to cancel and place another order which was a huge help to me. I wish there were more people like her working customer service in this world!

Bryan stopped to understand my concerns and created a quote to help me out. He even followed-up a week later to make sure everything was as expected.

Love my UPLIFT desk. Asked a question of support about converting the laptop holder into a monitor mount. Sean replied quickly with great instructions.

I reached out about my bamboo desktop when it started showing cracks after 5 years and the agent, Sean, offered to replace it free of charge. I was moving at the time, and Sean was very accommodating of my uncertain timeline. Great product, great customer service!

Uplift makes a great product and it pains me to have to return the high-quality desk I had received, and I will consider them in the future when my needs change.

Spoke with Aaron H. about an accessory swap the day after I ordered a desk. Unfortunately, the desk had already shipped, but we was able to help me out all the same! Super smooth and easy customer service.

Customer Service Rep, Aaron Henderson picked up the phone on the first ring and was most helpful in assisting me with my selection of a new stand-up desk on heavy duty 4" casters. I was please with his service and completed my order shortly after completing the call. That's a great start! Now, let's see how everything goes once I receive my new desk, complete the assembly and put the desk with my specified accessories to work. Thanks Aaron!

I had an issue with my uplift walking pad and contacted customer service. Luca Marzari handled my case and was courteous and helpful. When the troubleshooting steps did not resolve my issue, Luca arranged a replacement at no cost to myself.

Seamless Quote and Order process through email and phone. I spoke to Luca and he got me sorted out quickly and efficiently. I had some special requests and he was accommodating and helped me through the buying process promptly. Order arrived as described, so far no issues.

Excellent Customer Service and Shipping Speed.

I ordered my desk and the shipping process was quicker than expected (I ordered mid July, the website said to expect things in early August, and they came in the next week. Upon assembly (which was straightforward and easy), I discovered I had mis-configured a portion of my order and needed to make a change. I reached out to customer service, and they were quickly able to help make things right-- fast to respond, and fast to resolve my issue, which was stellar-- shout out to Luca M for the support!

High quality design that looks great in our space. We had some issues with the top arriving scratched and the customer service response was very prompt and helpful (thank you Bryan P!)

Hoping it holds up well but so far we are quite happy with it and the company has been good to deal with.
