Accidentally ordered the wrong feet size for my desk base. Reached out to customer service and within minutes, Britney Pete was able to fix my order! So far so good, will update when I have had a chance to use the frame!

We bought 3 desks for our office and it was fairly pain free. There was a little bit of damage on one of the desk tops when it arrived. We were able to get a replacement quickly (we could have gotten a credit or free gift instead, as the damage didn't render the desktop completely unusable, but it was enough that we just opted for the replacement). There was also some issue with the legs (one of the desks we purchased was an L-shapped standing desk and we were sent feet for a standard desk). When we realized we were missing parts/had gotten the wrong parts, UpLift and more specifically Fantasia were awesome to work with to get the issue sorted out. Incredibly professional, courteous, and apologetic, the issue was resolved within a few days.

I want to thank Bney for the great customer service! She was patient with me and resolved my issue. As they say in IT, it was a user issue. Bney walked me through the process. Great job Bney!

I called in because I wanted to convert my existing desk to a standing desk. I previously purchased the static height legs and frame and have been using it with my desk top for several years.I wanted to switch the legs out to the motorized sit-stand legs and could find an option on the website to buy just that. The support rep Jeremy Laurel advised me over the phone, and then via email, his support was great. I’ve just assembled it and am very happy. Thanks
