Closed my account due to inactivity
Closed my account due to inactivity. They supposedly sent a letter in Feb. saying the account would be closed in 30 days due to inactivity. Funny thing, I never received the letter, never received an email warning, never received a text warning. Must mention I have been a loyal, on-time paying member since 2002!! They closed the acct on April 18th. I called on April 29th. Basically said sorry can't do anything, but you can reapply. Upromise if this is how you treat your loyal members of 23 years... you can keep your card. I won't be reapplying. Beware all.

Unresponsive to my request for 529 help in connecting account
I’m not getting the care team response I need to properly connect my UPromise account to my 529 account. I have had to rely on doing it myself and hoping this month it actually goes through. I am extremely disappointed that after over 10 years with UPromise I am not getting any customer service.
