The instructor, Stephen, was great. He is very good at making sure the information gets across. I like that he cares about the information he is providing, unlike other certification training I have taken in the past. Stephen understands that this is a lot of material, so he takes his time to explain and quiz us on the information daily. The quizzes and the recorded material really help.

Stephen was great at bringing the information in a concise understandable manner. The information on the slides and supplementary material are great additions but the focus by the instructor on key points really drives home the lessons in a way that self-study does not.

Stephen was an excellent instructor. He quickly and thoughtfully responded to questions and feedback. His instruction was very intentional on reinforcing important concepts through repetition without becoming monotonous. Stephen provided valuable insights outside of the core course material from his own experience and presentations in industry. I would HIGHLY recommend Stephen to anyone seeking a PMP certification or just wanting to improve their project management acumen.

I really like the smaller class size for the online version. Stephen Mercer is an excellent instructor. I will be recommending this class to my peers! The only thing that I would have liked to see included would be the workshop that is designed to help you pass the test.

Truly a crash course - you should definitely read the PMBOK Guide before taking this course. The instructor, Stephen Mercer, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Upskills could do a better job preparing prospective students, however, for the amount of information presented and suggest prep activities beforehand.

As others stated, this course is very much a crash course for the PMP. A lot of information is thrown at you very quickly. If you have not had significant experience in a PM role, most of this information will be way over your head. After this course you will still have a significant amount of studying before you are ready to take the certification exam.

I found the knowledge beyond the slides to be very in depth. I do appreciate the vast amount of information, the personable presentation and the provided documentation and examples following for further studying and preparation of the final exam.
