Dmitry was amazing to deal with. Great, clear communication and amazing work.

Dmitry is great to deal with 👍

Very caring, very helpful, can’t recommend them enough 😀

Supplied wrong product after numerous discussions confirming the correct product. Refused to exchange or refund. Disappointing service.

Great service. The items I ordered weren't available at the time of ordering but Dimitri kept me up to date with the oeders progress and I still received my order in good time

Great customer service .Such a pleasure to deal with , I highly recommend

Adelaide, SA. Installer Dmitry. The windows and door are making a huge difference to the noise and temperature of my upstairs bedroom. I could not be happier with how they work and look. The service was a bit frustrating at times, with communication very technical about the job, but lacking the details I needed as a customer to know, such as clear length of time to do job (would tell me he has a job in the morning or a list of things he needed to do, but no indication of how long that would take and assume I could work that out), dates (date but no month) and explanation about the glass and frames coming separately. He also asked for 2 days to install over a weekend then came very late in the day. This pattern continued until I had to be quite firm, as it meant I had a tradie in my house many nights doing a few hours until the evening and driving the neighbours nuts with the constant banging. He could have also communicated about the smell it would leave as he knew I had to sleep in the bedroom. On the final day I asked him to leave the windows open as I'd had to sleep in my child's bedroom the night before and he responded with no problems and I got home to it fully closed. The tile brick ledge under my exterior side of window all fell off, which he fixed, however he fixed with a very unusual method of silicon back on which looks very odd. The windows are fantastic, but be aware that the delivery of your windows will be worked with other jobs, which changed for me multiple times, you'll need to store them in your house until he has time to install, you may be asked to lift them, specify if you physically can't, it is frustrating as he is working your job around others, despite giving a whole weekend moved out as he doesn't come early when he says he will and communication will be frequent and frustrating. But windows are amazing.

Well priced, excellence in the window/ glazing industry.

Very helpful and prompt delivery. Very good service and happy to use again.

I had a great experience ordering some items , even the order was not that big but Dmitri provided exceptional service.
Love to Bussiness with them in future.
Highly recommended for your building supplies.

We've taken delivery of 3 windows from uPVC.com.au. The windows are exactly as described and of good quality. They were delivered on the promised date, good value for money and I'm happy to recommend this company.

Dmitry was very helpful and his follow up was first rate. I would definitely recommend UPVC

Dmitry was great. The job we had was for one window only in our building of 499 rooms. We could not even get any other grazier to come and have a look at the broken window. Dmitry came to measure and then had to order the glass and then came again to fit and replace the glass.

Quick easy process. Good products at a great price

Dimitry helped resolve our broken deadlock problem over the phone and sending us the proper replacement.
He was patient and anticipated our issues regarding the task of changing the lock to the new one

Dmitry is an expert in double glazed windows. His products are beautiful, well priced and the bloke goes over and beyond to satisfy his customers. It was a pleasure to meet him in person, I highly recommend Upvc.com.au if you want to add real value for your home.

Quick and easy service and delivery

Fixed an old broken window. Now working like new. Great work thanks.

Actually came by our house on the weekend and the part with a little adjustment was perfect
