Everything works as advertised. Licences stopped being active, probably due to year change 2025-2026, but after my email the problem was fixed in less than an hour.

Both Adobe Photoshop 2019 and Adobe Acrobat downloaded and installed fine. Even though I was told I needed to uninstall the copy of Photoshop CS5.1 that was installed to prevent conflicts I decided to leave it there. Photoshop 2019 installed OK and both versions seem to be working fine, but not at the same time of course. Was also able to install my copies of the legacy Topaz filters I had. Main reason I updated was so I could process the raw files from my Canon SL-1 without first having to convert them to DNG files. This was due to a later version of Camera Raw included in the install. Have found that certain features including Content Aware Fill work much better in this version.
Satisfied so far with my purchase from Uractivation.

I had an issue in opening the encrypted archived files. I emailed them and got a prompt response. The issue was fixed. They have good support. The product worked perfectly as described.

Bought a license for Acrobat Pro 2021. So far so good.

The process went smoothly. Download straightforward and a good bandwidth. Installation a breeze and fast. All according to instructions and video.

The program itself gives full operational capability, as expected.

Will get back to report on 60 to 90 days: will update on stability. So far it has not demanded to initiate a session on an Adobe account.

I made my second purchase yesterday (12th) and today I decided to download and install. It turned out to be a bit of a nightmare .... could not download ... bank blocked my card so I tried another ... that also got blocked. I managed to get one card unblocked then had to install another program to download the zip files to install the programs. Now need to rectify other bank card. OK, so I am a little peeved but I eventually got everything up and running smoothly (well, at least so far). I was instructed to download WinRAR but I opted not to (more expense) and successfully unzipped using a program from NCH Software suite (purchase or free for home use with limitations) but I recommend checking it out if you have nothing else.
I still give it the thumbs up but only because I'm stubborn and won't back down from a challenge. If you're not real tech savvy be aware of hiccups or know some one who is.

Quick review - everything worked fine and nothing was a scam.

Longer Review - you have to follow a sequence of events to download and install, but once that is done, which is not that hard, Photoshop starts up perfectly and runs fine.

You do not get an automatic download after paying, an email arrives within an hour with a link, that worried me, but was all ok.

I was worried about the scam aspect so I used an old bank account with $25 in it just for this purchase, but all was ok.

Only gave 4 stars not 5, because of the extra effort to download and install.

The support team is really fast and helpful.

The whole process went quickly without any problems.

I paid \$32 to purchase Kaspersky, and the transaction was completed 3 days ago. However, the company has not yet provided me with the Kaspersky antivirus software key, and I have not received my money back.

Rate this a big zero ! Do not fall for their subscription! You will loose access to the software time and again and you cant use the software seamlessly ... terribly disappointing.

Réponse rapide et claire il a fallu cependant comprendre les deux liens pour le téléchargement. C’est un logiciel que j’utilise et que j’ai enseigné pendant près de 40 ans et dont j’ai du suivre son évolution.
