However, I successfully purchased a more affordable version from Staples, which has been functioning well.

Easy purchase, good communication
After an issue with the credit card, for which the communication was fast, the purchase was fast and painless.
The unzipping and installing of the program was a bit difficult, I found the instructions a bit confusing

Had an issue with my antivirus program.
Had an issue with my antivirus program at first instllation test. After switching it off, the installation went ok. Adobe Acrobat is now working fine.

The download and install went smooth
The download and install went smooth, and the price was excellent. However, when I restarted my computer, it got hung up on the restarting screen. I had to do three hard reboots to get back up and running. It was very stressful & worrying. I am not sure if it was Adobe or WinRAR software that caused it (WinRAR was required to unzip the file). Everything is working now, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is great.

L’accès aux logiciels s’est bien passé…
L’accès aux logiciels s’est bien passé et tout fonctionne correctement une fois installé. J’ai trouvé les prix très intéressants et le téléchargement reste assez simple à suivre. Quelques petites étapes demandent un peu d’attention, mais avec les instructions on y arrive sans trop de difficultés.

contrate con miedo, pero realmente ha sido manifico. Tardaron 5 minutos en enviarme el enlace de descarga y las claves para activar el programa. El programa venia en ingles y lo ned¡cesitaba en español, hable con ellos y al dia siguiente me enviaron de nuevo el enlace con el programa en español. Muy recomendable
