I placed an order for an emerald green dress January 6 it is now January 10 and my order hasn’t even been confirmed even though I paid for the one to two day shipping. I’ve contacted their email address multiple times and I have been ignored with no response. They have no phone number and they will say they reached out multiple times, but they have not. I don’t know what kind of scam you’re pulling, but this does not look good for your company..

I purchased the Women's parka HOLLYWOOD Azul Tinta. They had a terrific Black Friday sale. The quality of the jacket is top notch. The seams, the zippers, the cuffs, the fit of the jacket, the hood (soft fur). The color was a beautiful, soft classy navy. The lining of the coat was very good quality with good stitching. The jacket is very warm. I started to get nervous about the timing of the delivery so I sent an email. I got a personal phone call within a few hours! Outstanding customer service. Once it cleared customs, I did get regular text updates. And it was delivered when it said it would be. So happy with my purchase and Urbanheer.

UPDATE:
The sweater came on Dec 30. It is beautiful and the price was very reasonable. I received a call from Urbanheer apologizing for the delay in delivery. He assured me this wasn't typical.
Original review: I ordered a sweater on Dec 3. It is now December 29 and it's still 3 states away. Tracking info didn't update for days at a time. The package wasn't even dropped off at UPS until Dec 19. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the sweater I wanted was very hard to find and they had it for a good price. I will update review when I actually receive the item (if I ever do)

Fast delivery. Quality product. Will be a staple!

Latest styles for the winter season and quality products. This is my second purchase with them and both times they delivered ahead of time with quality products and branded packaging. Second time I purchased it through the App and it gave me some extra savings. I enjoy shopping new styles and happy to make more purchases.

I ordered a Cavalli T-shirt from Urbanheer.com and was very impressed. The fabric feels premium, the fit is perfect, and the design is stylish yet classy. I am a very detail-oriented person and I am usually cautious about ordering online - given when it comes to Christmas gift. I had heard about Urbanheer through a friend and decided to place an order for a couple of items for my family - hoping the experience would match my expectations. The shopping experience was smooth. The delivery was faster than expected and arrived in a branded packaging. The products are of high quality with soft materials and attention to details. I must say. I was genuinely impressed.
These are special gifts and quality mattered to me. They delivered on both quality and reliability. I am very happy with my experience and wanted to personally thank and support team Urbanheer. I will be coming back and making more purchases.

Incredible jacket and fantastic quality!!!!!

Placed an order for a pair of jeans as a Christmas gift in November. Item did not ship for weeks, tried chasing them to find out when it would ship but just got blown off. Finally, more than two weeks after the order was placed and 10 days before Christmas, they cancelled the order saying they were unable to fulfill it. The website says it was a "high risk order" - the same item is for sale on many sites, including Amazon!!!! I would never order from this site again, they are unable to fulfill even basic orders and will wait weeks to let you know.

I told the people about not finding my product. They did not care. They didn't even follow up. Awful service and once finding the product it was completely different from the picture. If I could give zero stars I could.

Edit: it was said that it was delivered. Correct! ☺️. It was not delivered to the place the company said. When I reached out I was given nothing back. It takes being personal over robotic.

2nd edit: I was not called. There was no missed calls. I was not responded to by email. This company can say they did this and that (yet didn't), but I'm sitting here fully aware that the communication was awful and basically non existent. I now have an item I will probably never wear that cost me much more than I should've spent.

Update: Well, I was totally wrong. The item arrived on time and CS reached out to me both via phone and email. The product itself was packaged well and high quality. I'll be back- sorry for the Christmas panic!
I might update this if I ever receive the coat I paid extra for expedited delivery. Almost a week later my status still shows they haven't even located my item. The part that makes me really anger is another company had the coat in hand, but I ordered from here for expedited delivery. The date I was given before ordering is NOT going to happen. Contacted support and not a word. I won't be ordering from here again and it doesn't look like I can cancel my order because I would if I could.

Great build quality - the black marble top and gold-plated base look stunning. The curved design adds a sleek touch. Excellent attention to detail, and the white glove service made delivery smooth and professional. Very happy with this piece.

I've been looking for a thick, warm hoodie that feels soft and premium. I came across Urbanheer and found some styles that were very close to what I was considering but to be honest I was a bit skeptical as I never purchased from Urbanheer. But I'm genuinely happy that I looked positive reviews on product quality and decided to purchase one for myself. The hoodie I got is exactly what I was looking for - even a bit better. Thick, warm, and very well-made. The fabric feels luxury, the stitching is clean and baggy style make it look very stylish. The reason I am sharing this review is actually because of overall experience. They are very reachable and responsive. They have some great stand out styles for season and shopping experience is very smooth. I have already have 2-3 items in my favorites, and looking to buy more for the holiday season. Hoping for more discounts during Black Friday time.

I haven’t gotten an update on my order or an response from customer service yet and I’ve emailed Twice my order is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I highly doubt that it will! At this point I need a response on my order status or please return me my money!

EDIT: While it was difficult to get into contact with this company initially, they have satisfactorily responded to my needs and helped me exchange, and eventually return my shoe when I decided it wasn't the right fit. I still think they should have a customer service phone number you can call.

Company has no way to contact them about a return. I tried the customer service email listed on their website multiple times, with all the necessary details. All I got was an automatic reply saying they'd get back to me. I bought a shoe a half size too big and just needed an exchange. Now I'm outside 30 days, with no reply. I wrote them 2 days after receiving my product.

I first saw Urbanheer on Instagram featuring a black denim and floral appliqué jacket. I could not believe how reasonably priced it was and ordered it immediately. It arrived today and it is truly a work of art. Cannot wait to wear it. Urbanheer kept me updated on progress and my beautiful new jacket is ready to be worn.

Unique and exclusive styles at great prices. I just picked up new Gingham jacket that was featured in recent article on Urbanheer for latest fall collection. I simply love the jacket and new collection they have online and in store. I made the order online and came to pick up and was wondering if the products are as good as pictures on the App, and I'm impressed. The dresses, jackets, tops all have something unique and great fabrics. Will buy again soon!
