J’ai acheté ce produit en remplacement des Poise Impressa, que l’on ne trouve plus, et je les préférais de beaucoup.
Ce pessaire s’insère bien, un peu difficile à enlever et confortable lorsqu’il est bien en place.
Par contre il descend facilement, n’empêche pas les fuites urinaires, ni les envies fréquentes d’uriner.
Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé. Ce produit ne me servira à rien finalement. Je suis très déçue.
29 mars, je dois souligner que Uresta sont de parole, je leur ai transmis mon insatisfaction et ils m'ont offert une solution qui me convient.

Uresta, you are amazing. I can’t tell you how suddenly hopeful I feel.
It took me a month to commit and order it and another month to convince myself to actually try it. But it’s miraculous! Easy to insert and remove using the average size. I’m so sick of the life limitations of bladder leaks and mountains of pads. I admit I’m still wearing a small pad with it because I just can’t believe it will keep me dry. ( but it does) Maybe I will wear a color other than black. Maybe I’ll put on a swimsuit this summer.
I am 70 years old and have dealt with this problem for 25 years. Medications and surgery were not for me. Uresta is.

The product does not work for me. They advertise that a full refund is obtainable within 30 days. The customer support email does NOT work. Had to use ChatGPT to get a phone number. When you call it they will not take your call. A person who does not speak English very well, is a recording, tells you they will return your call... They make this so hard ... I think I have been duped... I am out $130.... I should have gone through my GYN doctor... Lesson Learned.

Day Three with Uresta and I am over the moon! Leak free from the start.
The first day I took my dogs for a walk, hiked with a friend and did yard work... all leak free! Unheard of in the last 15 years (I'm 61, three kids). I remember being so excited when I discovered Poise Impresa so I could keep up my active lifestyle, and I was devastated when they discontinued that product. But Uresta is so much better! Same concept, but reusable, no waste, no little string to contend with. I was really hoping Uresta was legit and not a waste of time and money like so many online health and beauty products. By the third day I'm getting the hang of inserting/removing and the timing is great. We're leaving on a two-week trip soon and I was worried about how many pads I should pack and whether I could buy more where I'm going (Africa).
The packaging is nicely done, three sizes as promised (such a great idea! I've tried two of them), and it was even delivered early.
The communications have been clear and thorough, and I enjoy the light "girlfriend" tone - like someone who knows what I'm going through with this frustrating condition.
So far, my expectations have been far exceeded, and I highly recommend giving Uresta a try! It indeed is life-changing.

Hi ! Omg first time buyer and I cannot say enough good things about this product! I am 39 and experience very frequent leaks daily.. tired of uncomfortable pad liners etc .. I would 1000% recommend to any woman experiencing any bladder issues .. comfortable, discreet and best of all … all day wear .. does NOT interfere with urination .. love it .. so worth it .. my freedom is back thank you uresta !!!

Aloha, I am 58 1/2 years old. When I was 23 one year after the delivery of my third child a new and inventive surgery was done on me by a visiting foreign doctor for bladder prolapse ( years later we never figured out what type of surgery). 28 years later my bladder fell again. No pessary would stay in and I just managed it on my own with physical therapy untill I had two bulges close to the hymen. I was then diagnosed with triple prolapse, rectal, bladder, vaginal vault. I had surgery 6/27/25, I had triple vaginal pelvic prolapse surgery with sacrospinous fixation and mid urethral sling. My bladder fell again by the 6 weeks check up. I did all the restrictions correctly and was extra careful. At four or five months after surgery we tried all types of pessaries again, I couldn't keep one in. I ordered uresta. Size 4 has been perfect and after comfortablely wearing it for 5 days now my bladder has been supported. I exam myself and this bulge regularly. It seems like uresta holding my sagging bladder back from bulging so low is helping my vaginal walls to gain healing strength and get a little better already. This device is a God send and I can't wait till I see my surgeon for a next appointment to discuss my success in finally holding the bladder up. I feel like with the aide of this device and further pelvic floor excersizes I will not need another surgery. Thank you so much for my new found freedom and more normal life!

This product changed my life!
Takes a few tries to fit the correct size but is well worth it! To go out and not have to worry about coughing, laughing, picking up my Granddaughter, dancing ….I could go on and on.
Product is amazing! My only regret is not ordering sooner.

Absolutely amazing what an incredible difference Uresta had made in my life. After finding Kegels useless and wearing incontinence pads for over a decade that I too often soaked through, Uresta has put a permanent end to all my bladder leaks. I no longer have to worry once I insert the device in the morning. The starter kit allowed me to select the correct size easily, and it took less than a week for me to become extremely comfortable inserting and removing it. Only wish I'd known about the Uresta when my incontinence first started.

I can’t rate these yet as I just ordered the starter kit but I am having high hopes they work for me. I am 73 and have terrible back pain and fibromyalgia when getting up especially in the morning and it takes me awhile to be able to sit then stand up and get to the bathroom in time so I can’t hold it all till I get on the toilet. Even wearing a pad at night does not always work to save a leakage on my way after getting up, i have no problem till I arise. I am praying this will work for me and not have that awful feeling trying to hold it long enough to make it to the bathroom. I had a bladder repair years ago when younger obviously not working anymore.

I can't say for sure yet that these will 100% fix my bladder issues. But even if it doesn't, my experience with their customer service has been so overwhelmingly positive that I felt it deserved notice. I needed the size six, and within days it arrived. Plus the general tone and friendly attitude from the interactions I've had have left a very positive impression on me. Give these a try. They don't promise miracles, but I do firmly believe that these can be a valuable tool in retaining your dignity in the face of bladder issues. They're absolutely worth a try, because if they don't work, I feel confident that these folks will treat you right.

I had tried the Emsella chair with limited relief, pelvic floor PT with short term relief, and Tena pads. My gyn doc recommended surgery but I knew I did not want that. I was searching the internet and found the Uresta. Although skeptical, I ordered it and I am so relieved that I did! From the first day using it, I have not had any leaks, so now I can walk, run and do my exercises without worrying about leaks. I have had no discomfort or issues using the pessary.

One month is not enough time to offer return. I suffer from a prolapse due to covid cough. Pelvic floor PT recommended this. Mid size hurt and burned. Maybe allergic? Who knows. it took a couple of weeks before I wasn't afraid to try the little one. It too was painful. Company said I was over the 30 days. Shame on me for not forcing this in. Next stop surgeon.

It seems to work! I’ve tried several other things as well as Perifit strengthening, and this was the first time I had no leaks while playing tennis. I like that you can experiment with the trial sizes. If it’s fitted correctly you should not be able to really feel it. It’s not difficult to get in or out once you get the hang of it. I’d say worth a try if you’re on the fence!

The first day of wear, I was so excited. By afternoon, however, I had some unusual lower abdominal pain on both sides. Immediately felt it was the device. I am someone who suffered with toxic shock syndrome in the 80's. Since the removal of device on the same afternoon, I've continued to have that strange pain on both sides, though it does seem to be getting better. I want to try the device again, as it made a huge difference, but I am concerned that perhaps I'm allergic to the silicone? Being that I realize now I may not be able to use it, I'm unhappy that this item isn't one that is guaranteed to work or refund is issued. Truly skeptical (due to pain) that it will something I can ever use. If not, it's a large sum of money to lose.

Not for me.
While it seemed to work, I had to use the size 5 bc size 4 popped out with bearing down.
However, the size 5 migrated so far into me that I almost didn’t get it out.
Upon removing it I had some bleeding.
I hate that I wasted money.

I received my starter kit about a week ago and began using it almost immediately. I've tested it in many situations - regular everyday movement around the house, mowing and moving furniture. It passed with flying colors!! It is comfortable, easy to remove and cleans so easily!!! Also there is no string outside my body all the time to cause irritation (I was using a product similar to a tampon and it was very difficult to clean). This is amazing!

Daily I use a Perifit to exercise my abdominal floor muscles and it has helped but I wanted some ongoing support throughout the day.

I have had my Uresta appliance for a week now and have experienced a significant decrease in abdominal pain and pressure.

I am grateful to have found this device. Some find it pricey. If one compares the cost of a visit to a gynecologist and the expense of unnecessary diagnostics ( at least in my case), only to be given a recommendation to purchase this or similar device, I say we just saved you time and $1,000 00. Mine is exactly what I needed.

The help and customer service was excellent! I am 82 years old and a widow for 20 years. Even with all their help the smallest size didn’t work, when I asked for a refund they immediately provided it and sent an email explaining condolences that it didn’t work for me

I started out on the size recommended. The middle one. It was hard getting it in, it seemed to work for awhile and then i realized that i was leaking again and i went to get it out and it was way up inside. I had a complete hysterectomy, maybe thats why. Very frustrating because i needed to call someone to get it out. I dont have a Gyno anylonger because i dont need one. So i called my family doctor she wouldnt remove it. I called other gyno’s and they said it was a urology problem, i called urologists and they said it was a gyno problem. I spent the entire day to no avail. Finally i went to urgent care and it took the doctor many times to get it out. Now i went to a urogyn doctor and she put in the smaller one, now it is back inside me, fingers cant reach. I like the concept but there needs to be a string attached and maybe something that can inflate? Should i go for the biggest?

I had a slow start with Uresta. Ordered a size two after many attempts with the size 3 in my starter kit. That one went in all the way and after using it for almost a week, I feel like a free woman again! It is super comfortable and each day it gets easier to insert and remove. A Canadian woman lead company whose customer service is just perfection. What’s not to love.
The Facebook Uresta group was also very helpful for me.
If I had known beforehand what a game changer Uresta could be, I would have paid $1000 for it! Luckily it was less than a fifth of that. Thank-you on behalf of all us lucky ones who were also too stubborn to give up!
