BEYOND the best customer service I have EVER experienced.

I am very broke & in disability, so I had to save up for this product; I could only have the money a singlw day AFTER their cyber Monday sale. I asked them if they could extend their discount, as this is a physical necessity, as I have a prolapse that has gone unaddressed for a year now.

& what did they do? The owner reached out, extended the sale, & was incredibly kind. They even EXPEDITED IT TO ME, free. So incredibly amazing & genuinely warmed my heart.

Next: I realized I needed a size 6. I think I mentioned this only in the Facebook group & BAM it was on its way. Unfortunately it had a defect, I let them know & gave them a pic, & instantly received another.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND ENOUGH: They truly are women helping women.

I was concerned with the first application but found great resources to ease my mind. Support is availble not just with Uresta but with other customers also.

I have ordered the starter kit, but the sizes did not work for me, so I contacted the supplier to ask for the smaller size.
It was sent within a week AND there was no extra cost.
I've been using it when going to parties and I am very happy with the way it works.

Uresta works really well. I have had bladder leaks as long as I can remember when I cough or sneeze. When I am sick, I wear the heaviest size incontinence pad I can find, and sometimes that isn't even enough if it's a strong cough. It's to the point that I have to call in sick to work for days when I a cold because of the leaks.

I tried a pesiary a few years ago and it didn't work for me, so I figured this wouldn't work either. Every time I'd see an ad for Uresta, I'd be tempted, but the price alway made me hesitate because I didn't want to waste money on something that didn't work.

Then came black Friday and I got a deal of 40$ off and I said ok, let's try this.

You get the most common sizes with the starter pack, and if you need the biggest or smallest size, you can order it for free.

I started with a size 4. It was comfortable and easy to insert and remove. I had covid when I ordered it, so I had a full blown cough and could test it's full potential. It worked, but not 100%. I still had small leaks, but the leaks were seriously reduced. I went to a size 5. No more leaks!

There was one small problem. When I would have a bowel movement, the uresta would sometimes get pushed out. I decided to contact them and they suggested to try a bigger size, so I decided to get a size 6. They sent it immediately, and it arrived very fast. I tried the 6 and I think it's too big because it wasn't as comfortable to insert as the 5. I went back to the 5, but I have to remember to take it out before ever bowel movement now.

The other downfall is that if you wear it all day long, you need to take it out before intercourse, and my husband has said that it kills the mood when I say "I have to go to the bathroom first" because he knows it's to remove it, so plan ahead and make sure it's out before you get into it.

Also, you shouldn't wear it on your period.

I find that it works really well to control leaks, but seems to cause bleeding so may not be the right one for me…

Simple ordering and fast delivery, the option to add tge smaller size was an easy process as well. Still getting used to using the product but the tips and tricks are helpful. Happy I decided to try. Thank you

Absolutely love this product I've been telling everyone that I can about it. It's amazing to be able to go throughout my day without worrying about accidents

I got diagnosed with a bladder and bowel prolapse causing incontinence during workouts which was so embarrassing and was limiting my workouts. I went to a gyno to get fitted for a pessary, after waiting months to only find out it was on back order my pelvic floor therapist suggested Uresta. I rec'd it two days after I ordered and what a game changer. I can sprint, skip, lift with no leakage. My only regret is not buying it sooner. It's so comfortable I often forget it's even in. What an amazing product, don't know how I lived without it.

C’est merveilleux, je peux enfin faire mes activités sans fuites.

I wasn’t sure the about the leakage the first day so I wore extra protection just incase. To my wonder and surprise it worked amazingly and I even forgot it was in. I was able to jump around at the gym, yes I said jump! Sneezed. Ran! And absolutely no leakage. Important tip: use lube for insertion. it’s very important for comfort and ease.

Ordering was very easy and lots of great instructions on use. Still find it difficult to find the right size and not sure how it should feel when it fits properly. A bit scary the first few times to use but gets easier with use.

They have great customer service, speedy delivery and quick responses to any concerns

Works great! I can now curl and golf without leakage!

The original sizes sent were not adequate and I required the next size up. It was delivered quickly and has been very effective so far. The only complaint is the discrepancy mfort when removing it. I don’t know how this can be fixed without compromising the product so I can tolerate the little bit of discomfort

Finding it difficult to find the right size so it doesn't hurt and it stays in.

I was hoping Uresta would be a workable solution while I await surgery. Unfortunately, in my case, even the largest size did not prevent leakage.

When I originally wrote my review I gave it one star. However, after receiving an email from Uresta indicating that if they couldn't solve my issues, they would fully refund my money, I must upgrade my experience to a five star. As there was no solution in my case, they processed the refund immediately.

The product is great for so many people and I had hoped to be one of them. However, this is sincerely a great company who is true to their word and provides great customer service. On top of it all, I understand it is run completely by women!

It is excellent, I had the size5 and it came in a nice plastic container.
I realized I need to have a size 6 but it came in a little cloth bag. The size is perfect And very happy I have the container from my size 5
