I ordered a Lemorele HDMI transmitter and receiver, but when the package arrived, the HDMI transmitter was missing from the box. I contacted Lemorele customer support several times by email and have received no response at all. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a product that arrives incomplete and then be completely ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Buyer beware.

The lemorele hdmi to usb c adapter that I got for my ar glasses stopped working within a month and I asked for a refund through their email. They told me to refer to their customer service section on their website for help which only had their email again written. I explained this to them but they have now have stopped replying. Please do not buy from this company.

8-in1 Hub advertised as able to work as powered hub when power adapter plugged in. When adapter is plugged in, only slow/trickle charge for my tablet, even though the same adapter charges the device correctly without the hub in the way. Contacted support, they seemed to describe a different device. When I asked for clarification, no response back for five days.
