Chatting takes a very long time. 4-5 minutes between responses. Once you get to the end of the chat, they put you on a list to call/email you at some later time. They can’t generate a return/service case and shipping label during the chat.

Mammotion Luba II guasto senza assistenza
Acquisto Mammotion Luba II nel 06.2024, quest'anno da 05.2026 non carica , già provato a rialzare anteriore con terra in più ma non carica. Probabilmente alimentatore o batteria guasta, ancora in garanzia 2 anni per circa 2 mesi. Assistenza clienti risponde di pazientare circa 15 gg fa, non si sono più sentiti. Pessima Assistenza clienti, sconsiglio di comprare Mammotion.

I've owned my Luba Mini AWD robot mower for about a year, and I've found that Mammotion is very responsive to any concern I've had. After the initial setup, the mower has performed well, with very little little interaction from me. They're even providing me with three months of free 4G service!

Ma tondeuse faisait un bruit anormal au démarrage. Dès réception du message avec vidéo que j'ai envoyé au service mammotion, j'ai reçu tune réponse avec un protocole de démontage précis. L'écrou d'un axe avait pris du jeu. Après resserrage et remontage, j'en ai profité pour un bon nettoyage, le problème était réglé. Soulagement !

However if they had looked into their own SW sooner rather than trying to trouble shoot the problem at customer's end a lot of time and effort could have been spared.
