No communication at all regarding purchase.

I plan to stop payment on this order given the lack of professionalism

The 10x15 rectangle Explorer trampoline is great. We also ordered steps and a basketball hoop. These items didn't arrive. I've emailed the info us.northtrampoline email from different email addresses and get a notice saying the email cannot be delivered. I tried calling and their helpline is only open 7am-11am EST which is a pain if you're on the west coast. You also can't leave a message with a call back number. Difficult to get hold of.

I just changed my rating from 2-4 stars because within 24 hrs of my message above the company got straight to it and shipped the items. I was also able to get hold of customer service. They are based in the UK which is why the times are odd, but they were extremely helpful. No one is still quite sure why my emails weren't going through but they are looking into it.

Amazing customer service. Very responsive to our shipping delay and replaced the items we were waiting for and expedited delivery without a charge! I would highly recommend Northtrampoline!

Order came incomplete.
Still awaiting for the other half of the cushion foams but no one has replied or updated myself on the status of it. Horrible customer service!!

The basketball hoop attachment arrived pretty quickly with transparent tracking information.

Just received trampoline today! Easy, manageable set up. Feels very sturdy, well made. The materials seem like they will stand up to our cold climate. Safety features put my mind at ease. Really glad I went with North! Would definitely recommend;)

Their customer service and support is top notch (Thank you, Amy!), ensuring my questions were answered, and that the order was received and shipped in the best way possible. The quality of the trampoline (The Athlete) is similarly fantastic. The thoughtfulness and robustness of the design, fabrication and manufacturing quality, attention to detail, and quality of literature are at a level that is far beyond 99% of the products that you would normally encounter, and it is truly refreshing to have the customer experience that goes along with those positive attributes. The trampoline went together flawlessly, the manual was easy to interpret, and while the materials used are obviously meant to stand the test of time, the supportive warranty provides an extra level of peace of mind. I don't anticipate needing to make another trampoline purchase for quite some time, but if/when that need arises, I would not hesitate to give my business to North Trampoline. Thank you!

The shipping seemed to be a little confusing. I received an email about the address and etc. I received calls from the shipping company and they were confusing also.
The directions can be a little confusing also.

I'm loving my trampoline! As a former college diver, I have spent lots of time training on trampolines and wanted one for our yard that was safe for my kids but performance-oriented enough for me to play on aggressively. My North Trampoline is high quality from the frame to the netting to the bed and springs. The zip-in netting design makes it impossible for anyone to put a foot through the springs or fall off accidentally. The dimensions are nice and big and the bed is holding up well through Wyoming's cold and snowy winter. I shovel the snow off during larger storms but it feels great still. Some customer support questions I asked early on were promptly answered and I've been very pleased. Looking forward to many more years of use!
