I signed up for the free trial & cancelled before the paid subscription started, had to fight for a refund & cancellation on June 28th 2026, it is now September 9th 2026 & I got charged again?? Stay away from this site it’s a scam.

We were charged £29.99 twice a month without ever signing up or using whatever service they claim is offered (no idea what that might be). If you see such a charge, go immediately to your bank and report this as fraud so your bank (hopefully) can stop any future charges and retrieve what has already been paid. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM

I am deeply distressed by this experience. I woke up to an unexpected ₦40,000 charge from USE AI/US/DOVER/US, and I genuinely did not expect this deduction.
I am a single mother, and I live with high blood pressure. Seeing such a huge amount disappear from my account has caused me serious stress and anxiety. If this was a recurring subscription, the billing should have been much clearer and users should receive proper reminders before being charged.
I am pleading with your support team to refund my ₦40,000 as soon as possible. This has placed me under immense emotional and financial pressure, and I hope you will do the right thing by resolving this quickly.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of €27,81 on my bank card from "Use AI".
I have never registered an account on your website, nor have I authorized any trial or monthly subscription. This is a fraudulent transaction and a clear case of card misuse.
I demand the immediate cancellation of any account associated with my payment method and a full refund of the amount charged. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed to report this fraud to my bank to initiate a formal chargeback dispute, and I will report this to consumer protection authorities.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I purchased what was explicitly advertised as a 1-day pass for just a few euros to test the platform. However, the company used misleading practices to hide an automatic month subscription.Without my explicit awareness, they charged my account €29.99 in July and another €29.99 in August, totaling around €60 for a service I never used or intended to renew. I have not logged into the platform or used their AI tools since that single day.This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I have already contacted customer support and I demand a full refund for these unauthorized recurring charges immediately. Update your billing practices and return my money!

Ich habe am 12.08.2026 ein Use.AI-Abonnement abgeschlossen und noch am selben Tag den Vertrag ausdrücklich widerrufen. Der Betrag von 98,06 € wurde ebenfalls am 12.08.2026 belastet.

Trotz meines unmittelbar erklärten Widerrufs verweigert Use.AI bislang die Rückerstattung und behandelt meinen Vorgang stattdessen lediglich als Kündigung.

Genau hier liegt für mich das Problem: Eine Kündigung und ein Widerruf sind rechtlich nicht dasselbe. Ich habe nicht lediglich erklärt, dass ich das Abo für die Zukunft beenden möchte, sondern ausdrücklich den Vertrag widerrufen.

Use.AI verweist auf eine Regelung, nach der bereits begonnene Abrechnungszeiträume grundsätzlich nicht erstattet werden. Das beantwortet meinen Widerruf jedoch nicht. Eine interne Rückerstattungsrichtlinie kann gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte nicht einfach ausschließen.

Ich habe Use.AI deshalb mehrfach konkret aufgefordert, mir nachzuweisen,

• auf welcher gesetzlichen Grundlage mein Widerruf abgelehnt wird,
• wann und auf welche Weise ich ausdrücklich dem vorzeitigen Beginn der Leistung zugestimmt haben soll,
• wann und auf welche Weise ich über einen dadurch eintretenden Verlust meines Widerrufsrechts informiert wurde und diesem zugestimmt haben soll und
• wie der konkrete Bestellvorgang hinsichtlich der gesetzlichen Anforderungen an einen kostenpflichtigen Online-Vertrag ausgestaltet war.

Bislang erhalte ich darauf keine zufriedenstellende Antwort, sondern lediglich Verweise auf die allgemeine Rückerstattungsregelung bzw. eine Kündigung.

Ich finde dieses Vorgehen äußerst enttäuschend. Wenn ein Unternehmen eine Rückerstattung ablehnt, obwohl ein Verbraucher unmittelbar nach Vertragsschluss von seinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch macht, sollte es zumindest nachvollziehbar darlegen können, auf welcher konkreten rechtlichen Grundlage dies geschieht.

Ich habe Use.AI inzwischen eine letzte Frist von 5 Werktagen zur Rückerstattung der 98,06 € gesetzt.

Ich hoffe ausdrücklich, dass Use.AI die Angelegenheit nun unkompliziert löst. Sollte die Rückerstattung erfolgen, werde ich diese Bewertung entsprechend aktualisieren.

Für mich geht es hier nicht um eine nachträgliche Kündigung, sondern um die Frage, wie ein unmittelbar nach Vertragsschluss erklärter Widerruf behandelt wird.

Update: Meine Rückerstattung wurde in der Zwischenzeit doch noch veranlasst und ist bereits bei mir eingegangen.

UseAI signed my debit card up for unauthorized charges via PayPal guest checkout starting with test fees in March, and $29.99 monthly since April. Their support canceled the sub but refused a refund, and they defrauded the PayPal automated system. I am filing bank chargebacks. Issue my refund immediately."

I just checked my bank account yesterday and I was charged with 29,99€! I don’t know about any subscription and I can’t find any order … I have send an e mail yesterday to the customer support but still no answer at that time
