This is the 3rd piece of property software accounting package I've used and it is without doubt the last one I expect I'll use as there's no need for me to change again. Coming from spreadsheets which I'm very fond of was a wrench but oh it was so worth it. So much time saved through simple and intuitive systems and all the possible reports any accountant will ever need. All documentation attached as well.
And the icing on the cake is their support is excellent and extremely quick. I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

My accountant recommended this software as it links straight to our bank account via open banking and it would do all the heavy lifting for us when it came to the end of year accounts. The system automatically tracks our income and we manually track expenses and deposits. We can store our tenancy agreements, insurance & gas & electric certificate paperwork and set up reminders for due dates. The shared ownership of properties and portfolios is all handled by the system. Once you have input the percentages correctly you need never look it at again as it will correctly do your financials for you. The support from Hammock is fantastic, I have a large portfolio and the thought of adding all those properties was daunting however the team helped me out and it was practically done for me. Diane Brocklehurst has been just fantastic in helping me out whenever I have any questions. She even answered the phone on her day off! I could not have endured that huge task of tracking a whole years transactions without her. I have suggested an improvement to help landlords navigate the site and it is being sorted so Hammock are very responsive to landlords needs. I have already recommended Hammock to a friend and she loves it too!

This is a fantastic system for any landlord. They are happy to help at any time and give clear guidance to any problem you may have. Diane is a fantastic asset to the Hammock team and is always happy to help. Sometimes I really don’t know what I’d do without her. Keep up the good work and thank you.

If you are a landlord you NEED this product. It is a fantastic system which is constantly evolving and the customer service is outstanding. Used for over 3 years now and so glad I found it.

I have been looking for a letting account package to take over from my spreadsheet for several years. I have tried and road-tested several of these, but at last I have found the right one for me. The support from Hammock is superb. The programme copes with shared ownership of properties and computes the tax due by each owner.
The programme creators are fantastic at responding to my questions and talk me through any issues I have, efficiently. They even set up one-to-one zoom calls to explain. They charge per property and not per let unit which makes all the difference to me with HMOs. So far they have either dealt with or promised to look into all the questions that I had. Highly recommended.
