Excellent customer service via chat/text. Technicians are polite,patient, helpful and resolve setup procedures with ease. Very affordable prices and offers plans for watches. Not all carriers do that. A wide variety of plans to fit ones cellular needs are available

Syed was an absolute wizard with connecting me to your service that brought my rural location out of the cave man days. I have been using US Mobile for a while now, and the flexibility has been a total game-changer for my travel routine.
When you spend a lot of time on the road, dead zones and spotty coverage are inevitable—no single carrier has every single pocket of the map covered. That is where US Mobile really sets itself apart. Having the ability to switch between major underlying networks (Teleportal) without jumping through hoops or porting out to a new carrier makes all the difference. If I pull into a destination or a remote area where one carrier's signal drops off, I can easily switch networks and get right back to reliable service for navigation, calls, and data.
Beyond the multi-network flexibility, the plan pricing is fair, the app is intuitive, and their customer support has been responsive whenever I needed a quick question answered. For anyone who travels frequently and values peace of mind with their coverage, US Mobile is easily one of the best carrier choices out there. Highly recommended.

I love this service because the customer service bot gets me to a human RIGHT AWAY and I love the multi-network capabilities! it’s a great value, and I couldn’t find unlimited hotspot anywhere else for a reasonable price.

Great customer service.
Two things happened:
1. I forgot to purchase a New Line Annual Plan upgrade for my free trial plan
2. I accidentally purchased a new New Line Annual Plan
As such, I had had accidentally paid for a new line and I paid for a monthly regular line rather than a new line plan. The representative I was working with Sameer Tariq, refunded my accidental purchase of a new line. Then they refunded my current monthly charge. Finally, they charged me the New Line Annual Plan, rather than the regular price Annual plan. All of this while remaining communicative, respectful, and efficient throughout.

Rayan was great and dealt with my issue and my attitude at the same time- sorry about that Rayan but thanks for everything <3

Syed was very knowledgeable and patient, and solved the issue of a new eSIM for one of our lines.

I have an international $3 per month add on. I am nearly two thirds through the cycle, and the international calling already is not available. I do not use the this service too much, according to their own USMobile statistics around 25 min per day, and already receive a message: "Insufficient funds".

Update:

I spoke to Babar at US Mobile Customer Service. He fixed the problem. Happy to change the rating to 5 stars

Worst company and support ever! I own an IT company so know my stuff. Their technical support is the equivalent of a gradeschooler. I have spent literally 5 days glued to my phone waiting for a chat or email from suppprt. Ive had 4 providers this year and only us mobile cannot get me speeds to even browse the net. I average 1 to 5 mbps. Then they tell me stats on a sim card im not even using. Their technical support is laughable. They told me I needed to buy a new phone so esims worked better. I bought a new phone even though mine was great. And still no reception. And do you think they'd even give me a month free??!! Nope. I only went with then because of the unlimited hotspot. And nothing has worked in 3 or 4 months. Do not use them!!

The call quality, data coverage is bad. I called the customer service multiple times and every timed they would do something and have me do something to fix the issue but the issue continues. Now, they don't even answer the phone when I call the. I have to wait for hours. Its been frustrating experience.
