Utillian Reviews

The person that I delt with online was great. Very helpful and answered all of my questions.
Very SOLID

This is by far the best wax pen I have ever used. Excellent product and it got here very quickly. I recommend Utillian.com and Utillian 5 V4.

Amazing product love how well its built.

The service was Awesome to say the least. Extremely helpful

It took my utillian 5 to the next level! I love clean new glass and Utillian does glass like no one else!
The company does a great job by supplying great quality products and a great price! I know it's been said before but I really want Utillian know it's very important!!
Thank you for your Time!

Marvilyn was very awsome and helped lots customer service was top tier

Great products & long time customer service

Bought the 621 with bubbler attachment.... Great little vaporizer! I've had the Utillian 5 for a couple years now, just replaced the heating element. Love this company and will be back!

Build quality impressive BUT be very very gentle on the zirconium top mouthpiece or you'll be buying another one. Mine busted off when I absently placed the 723 in my pocket without swiveling it back into position.
For the 723, all I can say is, it hits out of the park. Cleaning is straight forward, quick & mess-free. Onboarding a box of qtips, a jug of iso is cheap, compact & uncomplicated. Buying a few Xtra screens & gaskets won't hurt. Battery life, over-boasted but that's a white lie everybody tells, so we pretend not to hear the white lie included at no charge. Seriously, it gives enough life to keep going depending on your vaping habits of course. Your mileage will vary.
Yeah, it's pricey but a better value than the Lobo. Cuz..better build, longer sess times, bigger oven, 1 button ops, hits like a truck, built for stoners..what's not to like, except the price. It's worth every nickel.
I liked it so much, I bought an 850. It arrived just now. I can't imagine what level up the 850 affords! I'm sure it rocks & hits like the Rock of Gibraltar.

I absolutely love my Utillian. So easy to use. Shipped super fast. I highly recommend this company.

The battery isn't holding a charge for very long. I have to plug it back up after a hour or two. It also becomes very hot which I'm nervous about.

I have not received my order nor have I received a tracking number or shipping information

I was never emailed a tracking number for my purchase. I had to call and ask a young girl to email me the tracking number.

The product is fantastic. Made with great quality. Comes with 2 coils which is great for swapping out while the other coil is being cleaned. The extra gaskets are great. The loader is what sets this apart for me since all you need is this product and whatever you put into this product.
Cleaning the coil every 2-3 days if you are using it constantly is recommended for better quality

Marvi was very helpful. Looking forward to my new device

Marvilyn, made the purchasing process so easy and gave me all the information needed with speed and efficiency. I could not have been more happy with this experience and just because of today I will absolutely be visiting this company again just due to the experience. 10/10

The response to my inquiry was prompt. I am very satisfied with the communication.
