Utillian Reviews

Marvilyn, made the purchasing process so easy and gave me all the information needed with speed and efficiency. I could not have been more happy with this experience and just because of today I will absolutely be visiting this company again just due to the experience. 10/10

The response to my inquiry was prompt. I am very satisfied with the communication.

Terrible product underperformance for price point

I haven’t even received shipping information yet. It’s been over a week now

It showed up late with no tracking information. All good now.

First off this review is for my hero Ahmed who does why even he has to do to make sure everything's working properly and your happy. This man has more patience than most because I'm not the most pleasant person when I spend hundreds of my dollars and things are working to my expectations....He will most definitely be hearing this from my mouth next time we speak because he deserves it. I'm not gonna lie I've had a couple problem with orders being incorrect one product not working rite from the box. My first buy was the Utillian 8 dab rig and there were no terp pearls in the box I reached out got a response to look better and got aggravated that they thought i hadn't and I don't know why it never got resolved but I ended up buying them with the 15 dollar gift card I received as was the purchase promo at he time... I had alot going on and couldn't wait..🤷. I'm not sure what happened there but every other problem I've have was solved with me being more than pleased each time. If it wasn't for Ahmed and the compassion of Utillian the company, I wouldnt of purchased another item from them. This review is bout 3 weeks past due but I had family matter that prevented me from doing this on time but a review is a review....Also I just wanna say 2026 8 Turbo....my regular v8 gives dank smoke and this is meant to hit harder and the upkeep is cheaper?.... Might be my next purchase when the price drops. Thanks again to Utillian and Ahmed especially for all his patience with me.

Marvilyn made the process super easy and helped me promptly with my order. Thank you!

Marvi was very helpful and provided good information.

Well this would have been my 3rd purchase I actually love the product but after purchasing the product you guys took my money but then 3 days later I got an email from bluecheck saying I didnt pass the age verification amd that my product would not be shipped to me I emailed them 3 times asking how to verify my age and they just keep emailing me back saying I didnt pass age verification and my money was never returned

I was having an issue placing the order and they were very helpful and made the process easy

My device doesn't even turn on or charge. Complete waste of money. I was hoping to find a good company with reliable products so I went ahead and got extra atomizers and went all out doing research on what would work best for me and I am so disappointed. I just had my first baby boy yesterday and dont have time for this so if you would like a good customer and recurring revenue please send me a device that works and a return lable and I'll send this one back. My number is 5306082712 please feel free to call me

Product is amazing. I have at least three of their vaporizers and would/will buy new ones as they come around. Great brand. Customer service is ok to work with when and if you have an issue. Shipping is also lightning fast. Only area for improvement is follow-thru on some shipping notices and special offers they issue via email, that don’t match offers online.

Buy this if you care about your lungs and you are a daily smoker!! Best decision I ever made.

Great product came in the mail quickly. What more could you ask for?
