Do not give this company your money ~ they are thieves.
I received 2 jumpers ~ nothing like the garment advertised, not even cashmere.
I tried to get a return label but they played games at pretending to be helpful which I now realise were automated responses.
Do not throw your money away

I was about to buy from this company,thankfully I decided to look at reviews.

Ordered a coat from here for my son, only afterwards did he find the reviews on here. I ordered it on the 11th Feb and it did actually arrive to my surprise on the 26th Feb. I paid £60 for said coat and it is just a plain black puffa jacket, no label, no brand, nothing. It is also very badly made. This is a company based in China (which I did not know before ordering or I would not have ordered).
I could have bought the same coat at another store with next day delivery for a third of the price.
I did email them as soon my son had seen all the reviews on here and to be fair they did reply to me.
As I have said the item did arrive but it is NOT worth £60 so I agree with all the other reviews, a complete scam but I guess I am one of the lucky ones in that I at least got something for my money, even if it isn't what was advertised.
DO NOT order from this site, total scam site robbing people of their money for very poor items.

I'm writing this to help others not to be scammed like me (and others). The 'cashmere' jumper I bought was of poor quality and cheap looking with no labels. It was not cashmere, I could tell from looking at it. I'd even go as far as an untrained eye will definitely be able to tell!
Contacted the seller and they have an address to return to China yet the website return policy was to Netherlands. I questioned this with them, they then gave me different address to China. I'd rather keep and give to charity than waste another £13 returning! (They did not offer to give me a returns label as stated on the return policy).
Please check the creditability of an unknown company website that is not based in UK before buying and save yourself making the same mistake I did.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a fur coat. It didn’t arrive company said it was “lost” I asked them to cancel order they refused. I then opened a pay pal dispute and was waiting for a decision.

Apparently I was suppose to “escalate it” and now they have closed case in sellers favour.

Total scam.
My wife has ordered a coat from them. A month on we're getting the same story as others on here.
Note to all. Always check out reviews on Trust Pilot prior to ordering from companies you've not had experience of previously.

If I could give one star I would. Ordered a ‘cashmere’ jumper that was polyester. Returned it at my cost to the address on the website. Still waiting for my money back. Loads of stupid snails back and forth. STAY AWAY

Absolute scam. Item suddently ‘lost’ kept saying they can’t refund and can only send another one. Still no item recieved and company are a complete scam.

I wouldn’t even give one star for this company. Ordered over two weeks ago and still received it. Keep being lied to as to when it will arrive, 1st told it was lost in transit and a replacement would be shipped to me but the tracking number I was given referred to the first order suggesting a new item wasn’t being shipped. I was also told there was no option to cancel at this point as they are very strict with their policy. I was told it would take 4-5 days to arrive but that has passed and still not arrived so I will be raising a dispute with my bank.

Scam. Be warned and stay clear. Fraudulently state on their website that they are based in the Netherlands when they are quite clearly in China. Reported to the National Cyber Security Centre. My mistake for not researching the company first. Placed an order an order 10 days later received a notification it had been dispatched from China. Charging GP£ for cheap products made in China. Not long until they will be shut down.

Actually a joke 20 days for the item to arrive doesnt even fitb and then wants proof through photos that the item is undamaged what a joke!!

Do not buy clothed from this company. It's a scam. Nothing received. Refund failed on PayPal.

O'h dear. Wish I had researched more before I ordered from these thieves. Paid over £90 for a cashmere jumper that never arrived. A whole host of excuses and promises to send a replacement that also never arrived. Have opened a PayPal dispute to try to get my money back. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

Do not buy from here. Like others, delayed delivery from China, extremely poor quality coat. Returns address China and would not provide label despite their website stating they do. Returns cost at post office would have been £30!! Managed to get a refund through my bank.

I don't know why this company is still running? There is a lot of scammed people who are saying that they have been robbed and PayPal still working with this scammers?

My order came late like many others here. But to be fair when the delivery came I was happy with the jacket. It is definitely a little lighter than what the picture shows but it still keeps you warm and has good material. Other than the delivery delay I am happy with the product

I purchased a jacket from these vermin, on the 12/01/2025 and I am still yet to receive my parcel. I contacted the customer service but jeep fobbing me off telling me it would ve with me in couple of days. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and nothing from them. Please avoid buying from them now i know who they're ill make sure I bring them down.

Totally rubbish company do not buy from them. They are scammers. They pretend to ship and then blame you for loosing the parcel. Their customer service is a joke and they don’t even read your messages. DO NOT USE

Why has this company not been shut down. I have tried several times to connect with them & quite honestly I am getting fobbed off. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/SITE!!!
