I'm currently going through paypal to get a refund. I bought 2 jackets in December. They arrived well after the date promised. They are cheap looking and badly fitting. Trying to return them has been a nightmare. Like others have said, Valentimode have told me I need to send them back to China when their returns policy states The Netherlands. They have now stopped communicating completely.

As everyone else, had the same experience, and yes I should have checked the reviews prior placing the order. A day after placing the order I got an AI generated email to inform me that the product is not available and either to choose another one or to get a refund - luckily I checked the reviews and I knew it was a proper scam! Obviously I have asked for a refund but there was no response whatsoever. I did contact my bank and PayPal after 3 days and luckily I will get my money back - please don’t order or if you do, don’t wait for a resolution - raise this with your bank or PayPal immediately!

Absolute scammers. Same experience as everyone else. Ordered £200 worth of stuff, said it was dispatched. Tracking number did nothing. Emailed and they said it's lost. Asked for a refund once I saw these reviews and they said it was out of their terms of service to refund as it was lost. Do not order.

I ordered a fake fur coat on 30th December. First thing was that it didn't arrive until 25th January. When it arrived, it was an absolute piece of tat. I wouldn't have paid £20 fir it let alone £105.
Customer service say that to get a refund, I have to pay the shipping to China. That makes no sense when I am already down £105.
This company is a bunch of rogues. When you order, no mention is made of you having to wait a month for a shipment from China. Nor do they tell you that to return items, you have to pay to ship to China.

Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Order placed over a month ago and chase chase chase, no despatch date given, nothing. Would not allow cancellation or refund. Feel stupid that I did not think to research this company before buying, hey ho, lesson learnt

Scammers!! Be careful. It's a shame that I not only lost my hard-earned money, did not receive the order, but also wasted time on constant communication with them. They constantly make excuses, lost the pleasure, will send again, will not return the money, and in the end no action on their part. Be careful before placing an order. Definitely scammers. Do NOT use this company! This is a SCAM! Ordered a jacket for a present on Jan 20th, emailed them on 29 Jan to see where it was she get an ETA. They could not give an answer, refused a refund. Roll on 17 FEB, no longer able to track this product, they say it’s been lost in the post and offered to “send another free of charge” eeeh, I don’t think so, I never received the one I already paid for. They asked me to confirm the address they had for me but it was in a different country. I refused and asked for a refund. Several emails later arguing with an AI response, they still refused a refund. Luckily, I Realised I paid via pay pal, raised a dispute and got a refund within seconds! Stay AWAY! If I could give -1000 stars I would. Joke of a company! Should not be allowed to trade in the UK!!!

Ordered some boots nearly a month ago. Then nothing. When I contact them they do respond but only with excuses - there’s been a delay, it will be shipped soon, we can’t refund, it’s been shipped, but no shipping details given! Here’s 10% discount off your next order… not a chance!!
Definitely a scam company! Will be contacting my credit card company first thing tomorrow!!!

My situation was the same as everyone else’s. I reported it to my bank and they have refunded me and passed it on to their fraud team. I implore everyone to do the same

i ordered around the beginning of february a black winter puffer thinking this was a legit website but now just looking at the reviews make me sick in the mouth: if it doesnt come by the end of this week im getting a refund.

My son ordered a coat 2 weeks ago and nothing has shipped. Only received AI generated auto replies that politely fob you off.

At best they are drop shipping cheap crap from China
At worst you will receive nothing at all.

It was the number one google ad when my son was searching for a coat - which is frustrating.

Its a Torture going on with my order.. Their response to email's is by ROBOT/AI's/BOTS. Fourth time they said package lost... informed by logistics confirm your address to post it at free of cost.. AND never shared tracking details as they are dummies. Not willing to REFUNF or SEND the product... MONEY is GONE...Has anyone tried to complain legally to bring the website down and cheat more customers?

DO NOT ORDER! The order took ages and when the courier delivered to the wrong address and they have confirmed, VALENTI did not respond to any emails, they have failed to acknowledged that the courier indeed delivered the package to the wrong address and no resolution was offered. i JUST LOST the money for the order, I could report them as the courier company confirmed the lost package and it was their responsibility to refund me or resent the package but they do not respond.

I ordered a ‘Cashmere’ jumper. The package arrived approximately 3 weeks later. No tags, labels or washing instructions, on the jumper, and definitely not cashmere.
I contacted the company…. they offered 30% off or I could pay for the return postage to China.
Fortunately, I had paid through Pay Pal and, through them, received a full refund of £71.95.

as Per everyone else this site is a scam. Again lost order, offered a 10% discount on next order never arrived and stopped replying to emails!!
Hopefully my credit card will refund the money

Do not buy from this site!! If you need to return they will instruct you to send back to China and not to Netherlands. Their website is full of lies! I had a very bad experience what I ordered was complete different from what they advertised online. As per Dutch law the company has to accept returns but they abused the law and I have lost £100.

Appalling company! I have ordered and paid for an expensive jumper one month ago but still no delivery, despite various communications with their customer service and assurance that my order will be delivered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Wish I had read all these comments before 😫 My daughter used her Xmas money to order a coat she fell in love with, never received, same reasons given as other reviews on here, lost in transit, will not refund but offered a discount on future orders, as if! Now have said will send another coat, not holding my breath! Unfortunately I paid with a debit card so £60 lost 😠

This website is fake and the returns are not free and size are not right for uk based customers,on website it shows the return item needs to go back to Amsterdam and when I went to postoffice I had to pay £30.00 for return which they are not refunding back.all scams so please beware of them
