Was a bit unsure of using an online tyre fitting service but I needn’t have been. Good service all round with a helpful lady who called me to arrange the exact date and time of fitting. 5 stars!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company, I was sorry to learn that your experience did not match our usual level of high service. Having investigated the issue further I can see that the tyres were delivered but unfortunately our fitting partner did not acknowledge receipt of them which caused the issue. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.

I was recommended to use value tyres as the garage had stopped using black circles
I was recommended to use value tyres as opposed to my usual online tyre vendor black circles.com. First mistake, I placed the order, set the fitting date and then:
1. First call to say the tyres could not be fitted on that date.
2. Second call their would be a delay in receiving the tyres.
3. Third call the tyres were coming from two different companies.
4. Fourth call one tyre has arrived at the garage four days later than date given.
5. Fifth call the other tyre will no arrive until the end of this week.
A complete shambles (I did get an apology) but that is far from satisfactory.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company. We strive to achieve a high level of customer service and so it is very disappointing to learn that your experience was far from satisfactory. I would like to assure you that this is not our normal level of service and that action has been taken with our staff to ensure that this kind of experience is not delivered again in the future. Whilst I appreciate that this action does not help wth your concerns, I do hope it demonstrates our eagerness to learn from mistakes and implement fixes. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.
Excellent website
Excellent website. Found the tyres I wanted at the best price with a local fitter. 48 hrs after ordering they were fitted and I was on my way. Can recommend highly.

Great Service
This is a great service I had my reservations about purchasing my tyres this way but I put my order in and received a great price then a phone call to give me a time to have my tyres fitted. This Company's fitting agents (Formula One Auto-centre of Bedford) were also excellent this was my first time purchasing my tyres this way but it will not be my last.

All round satisfactory service
Easy to use website. Selected high quality brand named tyres at a lower price than I could find locally. Included fitting at a local tyre supplier and disposal of worn out tyres.

faultless
faultless. I HAD been worried that I might have to pay the fitting garage as well as Value Tyres, but my fears were unfounded.
it was also really easy to speak to a real human (and a very nice one too) in customer services.
So to summarize, I got the tyres of MY choice, rather than what the high street retailers happen to have in stock, at a good price, with great customer service. What's not to like? :-)
