Was a bit unsure of using an online tyre fitting service but I needn’t have been. Good service all round with a helpful lady who called me to arrange the exact date and time of fitting. 5 stars!

We are very sorry that you experienced issues when placing an order with us and we would like to assure you that this is not our normal level of service. Regrettably when placing your order we were given a delivery date by our supplier but unfortunately the courier who our supplier uses refused delivery at the correct time/date due to their high workload but we were not made aware of this until it was too late. Whilst I appreciate that it does not help on this occasion, we have worked with our supplier to ensure that this doesn't happen again and would like to thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention.

Someone was lying
Turned up to garage in the morning on way home from a night shift to have tyre fitted as booked 6 days earlier, only for garage to say the tyre hadn’t been delivered.
Went home and emailed valuetyres who rang up later that day to say the tyre had been delivered on time but garage had misplaced it. Called garage who said tyre had just been delivered that afternoon, contradicting valuetyres. Drove all the way back to garage (20miles) to have tyre fitted. Not what I wanted post-night shift.

Order on a Wednesday,booked time to be fitted,the following Tuesday !! No tyre...!! they didn't know where it was and apoligesed,then told me they would call back,never did,didnt get the tyre fitted until Saturday,messed up work not a happy bunny.Not the first time this has happened will not be using again.

Best Internet price but chaotic CS
Best Internet price and they were pretty new Avon tyres (under 3 months old), but wrong size delivered to fitters with now chaotic customer service meant I spent an hour on the phone chasing them with call back several times, getting to that point. Correct tyres available a day letter, but I didn't sample their finest hour.
