Frozen pages, links don't work, directions vary as to actions on the page, timing wonky. i silenced the audio, read the content. had to wait for next page while timer counted down. Called customer service 3 times. Closed on weekends, hours limited. Service was mediocre, solutions difficult to provide. Ultimately took me about 5.75 hours screentime to get through. Will not be attending on-demand Colorado ACU from VanEd in the future.

The real estate course content was very easy for me to get through, which concerned me but I stayed the course. I actually finished “too early” and had to review the content before I was able to access my test and certificate. After finishing the course content (twice) and reviewing books specifically for MO real estate courses, I still failed my national and MO real estate test. I can’t “blame” Van Ed, as I did seek out other resources before taking my test, but I would recommend to anyone pursuing a career in real estate to not purchase Van Ed courses. I didn’t find any of the content helpful ( especially the vast amount of history relating to real estate laws). It was very disappointing to spend months and months on learning to only feel vastly unprepared when taking the test. I would definitely look for courses with more challenging content that is similar to the structure/content of the actual real estate exam. Van Ed offers a very simple outline containing basic vocabulary terms and basic math equations, but the actual test requires much more than “basic” knowledge.

Probably the last class I’ll take with VanEd. Stating something, then stating again on the next slide in a different, but verbatim format, followed by the next slide with the same exact info a third time, but now timed so that you have to wait 30 of 45 seconds since it was three sentences you had already read multiple times = pathetic. I’d sure like my money back, even if I can’t get my time back.

Would be much better with audio of course

So easy to log in, study, take the quizzes and re-visit pages right where you left off. However the examples were not up to date tne the videos didn't work but there was more than enough information to become entirely informed. They immediately reported to the state board. The price was good. Very happy with VanEd, will visit them for my license requirements for another state!

We had multiple brokers in our firm that took the 2025 Annual Update course and your system told us we completed but didn't provide the certificate. to get this cleared up it took multiple calls and emails and took way longer than what was promised.

I purchased Nebraska Real Estate Exam Prep. Once you complete the course and take the practice test you no longer have access for any additional review or preparation. This information needs to be communicated better upfront before purchasing!

Not easy to get around and go back for clarification and then go ahead to where you were.

I took VanEd's TX real estate licensing course in 2019 and gave them lots of negative feedback about the hundreds of conflicting issues in their courses, I made lists of most of them and sent them to VanEd, but they did nothing. Unfortunately, in 3/2026 without asking me if I'd recommend VanED, my wife signed up for the same VanEd TX real estate course, now she’s in section 3 (promulgated forms), and she has been complaining constantly about the same exact issues that I found; out of date information, conflicting data, quizzes unrelated to the lesson, etc. Their editing is AWFUL, and I’m going to submit a complaint to TREC since they can’t bother to spend the money to fix the blatantly obvious issues with their courses. The only reason that I passed the Real Estate exam in Texas on my first attempt was because I had about two-decades of experience as a developer and investor, and 5-years as a mortgage loan officer before that; also, I took an exam prep course from another provider (The CE Shop). I’m ashamed of VanEd for not bothering to do anything to correct conflicting information, etc!

I did a last minute class because I thought that I needed one more credit for my realtor CE cycle. The lady I spoke with on the phone did not care at all that the class did not register as complete on Dec 31 because of an affidavit that I supposedly didnt sign. She did not try to help me at all. Not okay.

Half way through my class it would not move on. It told me to register for a contract course which I did when I went to go back to class it would not accept my answer and would not move on. Also class said 4 credits so around 4 hours I moved pretty quickly and read everything it took 6.6 hours. And the first shot was 3.46 hours. And I had resume the next day. Missed a day of my vacation

I enjoyed this class. I will recommend this class to all realtors

Grammer errors, outdated material, pdf's don't open and videos are either too long or simply don't play, which leads to not being able to answer questions correctly and having to research information to pass the test. "All of the above" answer in multiple choice was hardly at the bottom of the selection. "1 and 2" was the 2nd choice, which made the question impossible to answer. HORRIBLE for the money and time spent on a REQUIRED class!! I will never recommend this to anyone!
