Total convenience
Total convenience and far fewer nuisances! Taking the thorough VanEd courses on my desktop puts the emphasis on learning and not on the distractions of wannabe standup comedian-delivery common in in-person seminar settings or the intrusive camera of telephony. The timer keeps me where my focus needs to be--on the information. I get my money's worth!

Some of the material did not match the quizzes. The quizzes did not match the material. Too much fluff in the material. I do not feel well prepared to pass the exam.

you put time restraints on most slides which made me spend almost 6 hours on the course. Secondly once I completed the course on the 5th my printer wasn't working and I returned on the 6th to print my certificate and it showed the course was not complete. I then had to call and she made me scan a form I already had completed so she could send it to support to get them to fix your program. I could not have been more frustrated with such a crapy response and time consuming end to get a certificate. The same thing happened the last time I took a course at van ed. Needless to say this will be the very last time I will use this company!! Furthermore, I will broadcast my opinion to some 300 realtors I know over the 35 years in business. we all occasionalyy send emails out to one another asking who is good to take a ce class from online. You will not even get close to a fair response from me. I'm DONE!!!!!

The class was accessable
The class was affordable, easy to access, fit well into my schedule. The only drawback for me was that it was a fairly monotonous format - to a large extent that is the nature of the beast. Engaging with living human beings is always more interesting!

Words can not describe how bad of a…
Words can not describe how bad of a user experience Van Ed has given me. From simply logging into the platform to trying to complete a CE course. While trying to complete multiple Continuing Education courses after 30 minutes for so I was asked a questions to verify. Phone number, last name, first name. Stuff like that. After repeatedly imputing the correct answer it would log me out and restart the exam I was on. Well when you are doing a 120 question exam to finish your course. It is impossible to complete your course. If I could leave a 0 star I would love to. When I initially logged into the program and began taking my course I thought I time traveled back to 1995 because the system is so outdated. Then I realized I did not travel back in time Van Ed actually did their last software update 10 years before I was born.

Test questions were inaccurate and do not reflect current laws accurately. Major operators like "at least" or "at most" were swapped, which are crucial differences. Whoever built the questions did not have attention to detail.
