Course material was easy to follow. There new portal system is user friendly and will improve their classes going forward.

On MacBook at times in their former platform my MacBook struggle with function properly. They have transitioned to new platform and it has work perfectly since. Customer service was very responsive and helpful when it was required.

You've changed platforms since I last took classes with you. This is a major fail. Typos, the test timed out 3 times, the test had questions that weren't full sentences so I found myself guessing, the constant having to validate who I am, the having to sign back in everytime it took you to a link, the links not working.... SO MANY ISSUES

The real estate program has recently changed to include a timer for each page which must count down prior to advancing slides. Unless you are a VERY slow reader, you will find yourself frustrated and waiting up to 45 seconds before you can click the next slide. Support email says they will respond in 1-2 business days which is terrible until you actually get the response which took me 7 days to receive with no answers. I would not purchase this program ever again!!!

That classes was good and remined me to do somethings I might be lacking in.

I did however have an issue. I got almost to the end of the exam and it kick me off. I had to complete start over the next day and retake the whole test

The course was well written. Easy to do on my spare time as it saves and let's you back in where you left off.

The course was not user friendly. Most links were not even available. Some questions were misspelled and worded incorrectly. If you pass the exams it locks you out of the course. Overall very dissatisfied with the course. I would not recommend at all.

It was old information. You should let students know before they pay for this that some of the important information is over three years old. Also, it took me 14 hours to complete the six-hour course, and I have four college degrees!

Customer service was great and the material was easy to read and navigate.

Everything that I expected. Solid information. The format was easy to use. I especially liked the "Note" links within the material. I would use this service again for my continuing education needs.

Easy to use and I gained useful knowledge.

I spent 55 mins on the phone with a 360 tech trying to set up the system to proceed to the part of the course. She had me go on line to a online sharing site. Log in more than 3 times to get the course to allow me to start. I had her note on my accoiunt what we went through.
I would have left the site and paid for a different provider, but my time clock said I had already spent almost two hours trying to take your course.
I have taken VANED courses for over 8 years and this was the worst experience I have EVER had. Who ever bought your courses...I am requesting a refund or credit for my expenses. This was not what I had on my calendar. A 4 hour course to take almost 8 hours. Every time I would "oush" next it would not respond or the course would "freeze".

Very informative, they had classes my local mls does not give. Love doing it online.

After completing class and passing test I could not print certificate. Your software froze so I had to log out. When I logged back into site it showed no sign that I completed class. Your site worked fine before. I used for years , maybe you should have left it alone. I have emailed you but haven’t heard back yet. I want my certificate. I’m not sure I’ll use your site again.

The tests were too long and difficult. I passed each one the first time thou. The constant verification process was annoying.

Honestly it is easier to attend a local class in person on Omaha.

Exam was messed up. I tried to ask for it to be fixed. Never was
