I received a technical answer to my question within 24 hours. That technical explanation and recommendation resolved the issue I had identified.

I purchased the Hestia telescope in 2024. I reported to customer service that a piece on my Finder scope on my Hestia telescope broke. They immediately replied that they would replace the entire Finder scope Kit free of charge. I am very pleased with the service.

I ordered a telescope on July 2nd and was informed via email to expect the telescope by July 7th. I received no further communication regarding shipment and it is now July 13th. I submitted an online inquiry and tried calling their number during French business hours. I was promptly given recordings to submit online and was disconnected. For a $3,000 purchase I find this to be absolutely unacceptable. If I do not hear back I will cancel the order and get a refund. What a horribly frustrating experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vaonis stands by its commitment to customer care and satisfaction. Agnis Dailly customer support manager has been extremely supportive and responsive to my concerns. I purchased the Vaonis Pro 2 several months ago and I had an issue with the telescope mount issue when the screw on the mount broke off . I sent the telescope back at their costs via UPS
They sent me a replacement Vespera Pro 2 within 2 weeks without any questions. Highly recommended Vaionis . . , Five Stars and more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mon expérience avec Vaonis

Après une longue carrière comme photographe de panoramas internationaux, je me suis tourné vers l’astrophotographie au début de ma retraite.

Il y a quatre ans, mon premier télescope intelligent a été un Unistellar eVscope eQuinox. Après environ six mois d’utilisation, j’ai réalisé que la qualité des images obtenues ne répondait pas à mes attentes de photographe professionnel.

J’ai ensuite décidé d’acquérir le Celestron Origin. Après près d’un an d’utilisation, j’ai obtenu de belles images, mais j’ai constaté que cet appareil nécessitait une monture équatoriale pour les longues sessions d’exposition. De plus, son encombrement et son poids rendaient son transport moins pratique.

C’est alors que j’ai découvert Vaonis et le Vespera. J’ai immédiatement été impressionné. À mon avis, il s’agit de la technologie la plus avancée dans cette catégorie de télescopes intelligents : compact, léger et facile à transporter. Grâce à son système de correction automatique de la rotation de champ, il permet de réaliser de longues intégrations sans avoir recours à une monture équatoriale, ce qui représente un avantage considérable.

Au fil du temps, ma passion pour les produits Vaonis n’a cessé de grandir. J’ai agrandi la famille avec le Stellina, le Vespera Pro et, tout récemment, le nouveau Vespera Pro II.

Pour toute personne qui envisage l’achat d’un télescope intelligent, je recommande de ne pas faire le même parcours que moi.

Si vous recherchez un instrument performant, simple à utiliser et offrant une excellente qualité d’image, je vous conseille fortement le Vespera III ou le Vespera Pro II. Je suis convaincu que vous ne serez pas déçu.

Comment perdre un client ? Vaonis a subi comme moi l´incapacité d´ups à livrer un simple filtre d´optique en région parisienne et au lieu de demander des explications comme jenl´ai fait à ups "ils" ont préféré me renvoyer les copies d´écran d´ups que je reçois aussi qui n´explique pas l´absence de livraison et surtout Vaonis ne s´alarme pas qu´ups livre au petit bonheur la chance leurs produits, car ups a changé de son propre fait trois fois d´adresses de livraison qui ne correspondent à rien... navrant ! Obliger de demander le remboursement et réponse de Vaonis : me renvoyer l´avis ups disant que le client a refusé le paquet alors que le dit article a été livré dans une autre ville et à une adresse inconnue de moi ...

Intéressé par l'astrophoto mais me posant des questions sur les post-traitements, j'ai demandé à Vaonis s'ils pouvaient m'envoyer un jeu de données pour m'y essayer. Réponse rapide avec un jeu de données, l'accès aux tutoriaux pour avoir un mode opératoire. Top !

A great experience! Vaonis provides high quality astrophotography equipment coupled with equally high quality support and service. Delivery, warranty and support materials are great. This combination will bring customers back for more as technology evolves. Looking forward to “first light”.

What an incredible piece of technology! I had a little difficulty setting it up, but customer service was very responsive. It’s an absolutely amazing telescope and am happy I spent the money on it.

I had problems with my Vaonis Vespera pro. The telescop wasn´t able to find stars anymore. So I contacted the Vaonis Support.

The answer came soon and they found solution within few days.

That‘s how customer Service has to be: friendly, quickly, successfully.

Vaonis is prompt, professional, and eager to assist with problems. I highly recommend them for “smart” telescopes. The Vespera Pro that I bought has reignited my interest in astrophotography. I use it every chance I get. Their light pollution filter is more than excellent. It allows me to take great images under total light polluted skies. In live close to downtown Dallas, Texas USA. Visually, I can only see maybe eight stars in the sky. But my scope sees the universe wherever I point it.

I experienced a problem with a Vaonis Vespera smart telescope that I had purchased used and was beyond the warranty period. The Vaonis technical support team handled the situation as a warranty repair including shipping from the U.S. to France and back again. The support was fast, courteous, and efficient. This level of support matches any I have received here in the U.S. - Excellent support - Thanks
