I made a order but they didnt have the…

I made a order but they didnt have the items in stock.
I appreciate the man tried his best to find the vape juice elsewhere and he contacted me and said he will issue a refund.
He also said that he would send a few free bottles for me to try as the ones I ordered had been discontinued but I did not receive them. Would have been nice to had tried new ones coz my husband is really fussy with the juices he uses.
I had tracking details to say they were dispatched but they must have got lost.

As the Kingston Cherry Chill and Blackcurrant Chill had been discontinued, your order #48289 was refunded in full, and we sent a few free bottles for you and your husband to try instead.

We're really sorry to hear they didn't reach you. The parcel was dispatched with tracking, but it looks like it went missing in transit, which is very disappointing for us too.

We would still love for you both to try them, so we will send another set out to you free of charge. We'll be in touch by email to confirm your flavour choices.

Sent wrong items and claimed order fulfilled

Sent wrong items and claimed order was fulfilled as the number of items was correct.
Recieved about 10 x pods but no device to use them with.
My son also had very simular issues.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the inconvenience with order #48296.

This was an error by our warehouse team. Instead of the Strawberry Watermelon device, the Strawberry Watermelon pods were sent by mistake. As soon as we noticed, we emailed you to offer an exchange, but unfortunately we haven't received a response.

We are more than happy to replace it for you. Please reply to our email or contact us at support@vape-station.uk and we will get the correct device sent out to you straight away.

Regarding your son's order, we couldn't find an order for him on our system. If you can send us the order number, we'll gladly look into it for you.
