Vapor Authority Reviews

Their extended warranty is a waste of time and money. I filled out a shitload of forms online and am getting loads of SPAM but no replacement product or contact from a person to resolve the issue. I bought a replacement product that failed in 10 days. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have my invoices and these jerks are dead to me. Next time I am in the San Diego area I shall pay a visit to their shop in person, and then head over to the AG's office to file a formal complaint regarding California's legal commercial codes. They do NOT answer emails or the phones, so they can answer to a subpoena instead. California has some of the most extensive commercial codes on the books. Their probate and estate laws are pretty awesome too.

Deceptive shipping practices.... quality of goods tend to lean towards chinese knockoffs. Buyers beware.... I know you cant beat the price... and that's what gets you in the door. Will not shop again.

Vapor Authority
I would of gave them a 5 but I was waiting for about a week which is fine but I was getting concerned as to why my package wasn't going anywhere. So I contacted them they email me very quickly was able to determine the problem which was the item was missing I guess when I ordered my product maybe the website wasn't updated because they where out of stock in the color I choose. So they asked me what I wanted to do, New color or refund. I just ended up getting different color not really a big deal. So all in all I had great service through them and shipping wasn't half bad after the issue was fixed. I believe about 4 or 5 days it took. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy vaping product. Now the reason with the the 4 stars is I feel the company should of got a hold of me. Not the other way around.

Superb customer service. I purchased a defective device and was offered a replacement or refund within 24 hours. Their prices are very competitive (shipping a bit high) and they carry a great selection of Vape products to address most everyone's needs. AAAAA+

Everytime I order something from vapor authority they send me a confirmation email and then the next day they send an email that there was something wrong I will never try to buy from them again

Recent purchase with them and wanted to say how awesome of a job they did with packaging and also writing a positive note during this hectic time.

I have made a few purchases from Vapor Authority.
My experiences so far have been smooth.
I will continue to shop and buy here when their price is not too high.

I wish they had better selection.

I have ordered from Vapor Authority six times. Orders are always correct. And shipping time is excellent. They also always include a note in a small black envelope. I will continue to use them.

This company is legit, they have items I can’t find and the prices a good and shipping if super fast as well. Great company

I learned of Vapor Authority while searching online, but am always skeptical when I am dealing with a company for the first time. I placed an order for a vape pen, and it was filled promptly and is exactly like the ones I buy locally. The price was better and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Then I ordered a tiny bottle of menthol e-juice , just to try it, and it was just like the one I've been using for 4 years, but a much better cost. I immediately ordered 2 large bottles. I like to shop locally, but they are not friendly, they keep limited hours, and they always told me, that the menthol e-juice was just not available elsewhere. WRONG ! I like dealing with VA....Thank you for making this so easy, simple, and enjoyable. Karen in Missouri

You guys are always quick to ship and your products are always of the highest quality. I have ordered coils and juice from other companies and often receive damaged boxes or bottles of juice leaking and covered in an oily film. Never once has this happened with your company. Please keep up the great work! Thanks!

Vapor Authority is the ONLY online source I order vaping supplies from. They are HANDS DOWN the best, most reliable supplier you'll find. Their customer service is unserpassed! Not only do they have a vast selection of everything you'll need, your order is shipped within a few hours of placing it, NO EXAGGERATION! They make you feel like one of their family! Thanks VA for all that you do, and do so well!

Absolutely wonderful customer service, I emailed them and they were very quick to respond and took care of all my needs. They have great products good prices and almost never out of stock.

Vapor Authority, in my opinion, is the best online marketplace for vaping products. I've used many other eCommerce vaping vendors, and while most have quality and authentic products, none of them beat Vapor Authorities prices, promotions, and absolutely AWESOME customer service. For me it's a no brainer, not only do I get the best prices, but their customer experience is second to none. Thanks Vapor Authority for being awesome!

Excellent customer service.
I had to make a return for a faulty pod. The process was quick and painless. I had my new product back in a couple of days of the date I sent it back! Amazed! All correspondence was fast and courteous as well. Top notch company others strive to be like!

Just keep in mind depending on which state your in (have one ready just in case) you may need to send in a photo of yourself with your I.d. I am in NY and it was needed from me.
