I contacted v comfort for a massage chair, Ayaz help guide me through the different options and what I was looking for. I purchased a T Rok Pro chair in black. The delivery arrived today and Ayaz and Gul, arrived and installed the chair in my room choice. Effortless installation and polite and professional individuals. The delivery service was outstanding from start to finish. The team delivered the chair to the room of my choice, set everything up quickly and efficiently, and took the time to show me exactly how to use all of its features. The entire process was completed within minutes with no hassle at all, and they even removed and disposed of all the packaging and rubbish.

Great experience! Visited the Birmingham showroom and the staff were more than helpful and willing to give as much time as necessary. Purchased that same day. I wasn’t able to visit the showroom due to difficult circumstances, but they still went out of their way to help and arranged a home trial so I could try the chair properly and feel confident in my decision.

What a great company and service is impeccable. Went to showroom in Birmingham and shown numerous chairs and Mamood was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with us to make the right choice.
