Been using it regularly for years, it really works if you are consistent in using it, I have so much new hair growth, i recommend to this to all my friends. the website has been updated and is now easier to navigate and edit your subscription. I just redeemed lots of points and have to say the shampoo, leave in conditioner and mousse are excellent quality. Might buy full sizes!

Order not fulfilled, requests to cancel being ignored
I placed an international order on September 12th - 2 weeks ago. On Mon Sept 21st, I asked for the order to be canceled. First I called and they told me they couldn't help me with an international order. So I sent the request on the website, as well as to both the support and global email addresses. The support email address responded telling me the global team has to respond. It is September 26th, and still no response. My order has not been fulfilled, nor has it been canceled. Meanwhile, they have held my money for 2 weeks.
